So I know this isn't the best or fanciest washing machine out there, but our old one broke (it was over 12 years old) and we knew it would probably cost more to fix it than it was worth or to buy a new one, so we needed something on the cheaper side and that we could get fast to replace our old one. We went into the store to look at the options and this one stood out to us, it was in our price range, and seemed to have all we were looking for (i am not into the front loading stuff). Compared to our old washer it is so much bigger and we can wash so much more laundry. It plays a pretty song when it is done and the clothes aren't soaked when the cycle is down (Our old one was not he). It does take longer to wash than our old one, but we make up that time in the drying with the clothes not being as wet when it is done. So far we are impressed and it makes it kind of exciting to do laundry!

Bought this washer with the matching dryer for my new home. I was already familiar with the Samsung name & the quality they provide. This machine made me more of a fan of the brand name than I already was. Very easy to use, control panel is very simplistic which is great. I would highly recommend this to someone looking for their first or replacing their washing machine. Great product at a great price.

Really like all the options for washing clothes. Lots of capacity and is so much quieter than my old washer. Not sure if I like that it doesn't have an agitator, but so far so good.

I had to replace my old washer after a basement flood and it was my first time shopping for a washing machine in 15-20 years. After reading many reviews I chose this Samsung and it has been a great decision so far. The spin cycle is wonderful, my laundry comes out so dry, it has really cut down on the drying time. This is my first washer without an agitator and it is a little different to use, but as long as you put the clothes in around the edges as instructed, there shouldn't be any issues. I have not had any problems with laundry getting tangled whatsoever. The machine runs quietly which is also something I was looking for. I would've given it 5 stars except two minor reasons: 1. I wish the water filled as I was putting the laundry in like my old model did, and 2. The pull-out tray with the detergent slots retains water after the cycle. Still a great washer overall though.

I love the size of the washer drum! Not having the agitator makes a huge difference! The only down side is the washer is a little louder than I expected otherwise I would give it 5 stars. All features are great, love all the options.

This washer is nice and large for a family. Easy to operate.

Love that there's no agitator unlike most top loaders. Can put large loads. I can see it being difficult for someone shorter to reach the bottom to retrieve clothes. Im 5'5 and need to tiptoe to reach bottom
