I bought this washing machine to replace an older Samsung that had stopped working. Was pleasantly surprised that it fit on the same pedestal as the one it replaced, saving me the cost of a new pedestal. The price was right and the purchase/delivery experience was good.

So far washer works great! No complaints. The matching dryer on the other hand, had the dang 3 weeks and already called for warranty service cause it squeals like pig

This machine produces washed clothes that are cleaner than I have ever had from a washer. After drying in the dryer, my old dryer, they smell like they have been line-dried, that is how clean they are. I think it's because of the rinse cycle, which was explained in detail by a Geek tech. The only criticism I have is that the machine, despite being extremely heavy, does move if the clothes are not balanced perfectly. So you really don't want to leave the machine on when you leave the house. However, the cleanest washes ever makes up for that.

Does a great job cleaning cloths. only two criticisms that aren't really criticisms. 1. spins so well it is hard to reach the cloths stuck to the barrel 2. Door hinge is plastic which seems as if it would be easy to break off.

This washer is very quiet and so far is easy to operate. The only drawback is that it has no light to see inside when you are unloading it. It’s very easy to miss small items such as socks or wash clothes.

This is the base model for Samsung front loader, and unless you just want the other colors or like to throw away money; this, base model gives you the same results as the next two tiers SO why pay $300 more per machine.

After 8 months, my washing machine started making out loud clicking noise during spin cycles. I called Samsung and they had to send out TWO SEPARATE TECHNICIANS from a company called ServiceQuick, and the first one put a hole in my wall (see photo!!!) with his boot! The second technician told me to call Samsung to get a replacement, which Samsung has not done yet. They have to send out ANOTHER technician this week, despite having 2 come already. The service company has yet to repair the damage to the hole in my wall. tl:dr DO NOT BUY THIS WASHER unless you want to deal with unacceptable build quality and the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Lots of cleaning settings and ease of use make this washing machine a keeper. It plays a song to let you know when your load is ready and you can make your own smart wash setting.

This thing is powerful and quiet at the same time. The options interface are very well laid out and the sounds it makes are soothing. Only reason I gave it four stars, is because there is always room to improve, but very happy with it after 3 months of use.

The Samsung washer works as advertised. The price was very comptative. However it would be nice if the washer did not have too manually drained periodicly by the user. Also it would be very usefull if the door had the option to be changed to left or right opening.

I had been looking for a washer and dryer for quite some time. I eventually narrowed my search to Samsung and LG brands and then settled on Samsung. So far the washer does it's job and for the price I couldn't be happier.

Using the different cycle functions is a breeze. The digital timer is great so you can see the length of the cycle your choosing. If you are in a hurry, the quick wash is a great option!

Very happy with my purchase. Plenty of options with this washer and the ability to add an additional spin cycle is wonderful. My clothes come out practically dry. I've only washed a few loads so we'll see how it holds up but so far I'm very happy with my purchase.

Got this for my mom on Christmas and no complaints on it as an appliance. It was a quick and seamless delivery/setup. The only reason this isn’t a 5 star is because the door on the washer adds about and extra inch in the depth of the machine. What that means is we can’t close the laundry room door all the way because of this extra protrusion of the machines door. My mom has a small house so it was a challenge getting this in there and push come to shove if I had to choose, which I did, I’d rather have the machine in the house to use whenever I need instead of having a door. So we took the door of the hinges and we’ll hang a rod to decorate the machine enclosure. Just be mindful of that door on the machine and account for extra 2 inches to be safe.

Great improvement over my previous GE front load which always ran unbalanced. This Samsung runs quiet except for a minor squeak from time to time. Music chime can be annoying but you get used to it or turn off sound.

I had a different front loader and my daughter had this one. Can't tell you how happy I was when my washer finally died and I got a new Samsung! (Even my husband noticed how much cleaner our clothes were!) This washer takes all the guessing out of washing your clothes!

I bought this based on good reviews and found it visually appealing. My old washer that lasted over 28 years finally gave out. This Samsung does get the job done but is much different than my old Kenmore top load. The Samsung, which I've had for almost a year now, takes much longer on the same type of load (1.5 hrs vs 45 mins on my old washer). While it is energy efficient, it still could use more water to wash - clothes clean but not as good as my old washer. My belief is you still have to soak the clothes good vs little water and lots of dizzying spinning. I also noticed this thing shakes so much. Also, the smart care blue tooth feature does not work at all with my android phone. Also while I trust its energy efficiency, I've seen no noticeable change in my water or electric bill. If I had the choice I'd rebuy my old washer but they just don't make 'em like they used to.

We chose to replace our recalled Samsung with a Samsung front loader. We are very pleased with the performance of the machine. It seems laundry is done more efficiently with water conservation and so many good options to pick from for all of our clothing needs.

Very efficient. Low noise. Does a great job cleaning dirty clothes. Only wish the WIFI connection worked. But I can not get it set up for notifications so you don't have to keep checking if it is done.

Since our last washer was 10 years old and went thru 4 kids and an estimated 3000+ loads it was spent. Found this one and liked the fact it is direct drive (no belts to wear out), has a 10 year warranty and a huge drum plus settings from quick wash to bedding - you can get a queen comforter in this and still have room for a few odds and ends as well as a self cleaning cycle. Now if this one makes it 10 years I will be impressed
