Very easy to use. I love my new washer. I just love Samsung products. I had the dryer already and couldn't find washer due to Sears closing so thank goodness BestBuy had it for cheaper too. Very content

Again this is my first front load washer and I am in love with it. My clothes come out super clean and fresh. This 4.2 Cu. Ft. machine has plenty of room for those larger loads or big comforters. It definitely makes my life easier. Samsung makes very reliable products.

Bought this in January, worked well for 4 months, then had problems with rinse cycle. It kept leaving water in unit after spin cycle. When contacted Samsung, I was told they do not have service/repair in my area, so I would get a store credit. Four weeks later after a dozen phone calls, I got the credit. They make it really hard to go through all their hoops. But the washer itself did a great job cleaning and was relatively easy to use. It was a little hard to put the softener and the bleach in the unit as the way it is constructed makes it a bit challenging.

It has so many settings self washes you can barely hear it unless it’s telling that’s it done with a music tone instead of a beep the capacity of the washer is huge you can wash 2 big comforters in there.

This washer does a great job in cleaning the clothes. Sometimes there is a squeaking when it is in a spin cycle. While the clothes are clean the cycles are extremely long as in usually over an hour.

Easy to use and at a great price point when it was purchased. Large drum for large loads and program panel easy to use . We have had this machine for about a month and does what you would expect I recommend this product for price and ease of use and for clean clothing.

We've finally made the switch from top to front loaders. These are so attractive and quite, we're really happy with our decision. Best Buy's delivery notification system and installation personal are top notch!

Great Washer for the cost of the product. We didn't need the newest gimmicks, just a reliable and efficient washer to replace the previous one that failed after 10 years. Will continue to buy Samsung appliances.

My Samsung washer is working great easy to use all the functions it wasn't very hard to installed and set up. I would really recommend this to a friend and a family member when their looking for a washer.

MY SON BROKE THE LAST WASHING MACHINE THAT I HAD LAST YEAR. SO I HAD TO WAIT UNTIL TAXES TO GET A NEW ONE, I KNEW HOW MUCH I WANTED TO SPEND, AND THIS ONE WAS WITHIN MY SPENDING AMOUNT. I ALSO LOVE LOTS OF OPTIONS ON MY WASHING MACHINE AND THIS ONE HAD IT ALL FOR ME.. EVEN A BUTTON TO SAVE THE WASH CYCLE THAT I USE THE MOST. BEST OF ALL IT PLAYS A LITTLE SONG THAT IS SO PLEASING TO HEAR WHEN IT COMPLETE. I LOVE IT..

Love my new washer, just wish it had a cycle specific for colors. But it does everything I need it to do, runs efficiently, and the Black Friday price was great.

I purchased this washer in Feb 2015 as an open box/display model. It worked great for a couple of days and then the power button started to malfunction. A few days after the first incident, it locked my clothes in the washer and would not come on :( I called and scheduled an appointment to have Geek Squad come out and service the machine. The people were nice, but it took a total of 3 service calls to resolve the issue. I had to wait on parts to come in, then the wrong parts came in, so that was 3 days I took off work to get a new washer fixed. I'm a bit disappointed about that, but it works great now.

Ordered unit, delivery crew, whom English was not first language, insisted that a plumber was needed to close cold water line to prevent a "flood". $100 later, the plumber simply turned the faucet off. The crew forgot to remove the shipping bolts, and the unit was broken due to same when installed. Replacement unit was ordered, but warranty which was purchased was not transferred, and I had to go to best buy store to cancel and rebuy the same warranty that was originally purchased. I WILL NEVER USE BEST BUY AGAIN..

Had this a little over a year and so far so good. Gets the clothes clean. Does take a little longer, but they seem to be not as wet when finished, which cuts down on drying time.

When our old washer broke down because of a recall, we bought this one in replacement! It was better than our old one and it really cleans dirt more than our old, top load washer! So glad we bought this kid and it's amazing how it works during the winter!

This my second purchase of a front load Samsung washer. We needed a washer for a second house we own. Didn't hesitate to buy this washer again. Quiet, lots of washing settings. Best Buy did a great job selling and delivering product.

Awesome value and easy to use. If your not handy, it’s easy as well to clean the filter on the bottom right side (like your suppose to do to every washer ever 30 days).

But to be fair I have only had one washer :) this little space saving workhorse powers through my toughest washes with ease. Many cycles... Much programs.... Such wow!

I have it for a month and fine it works well, although I think a drum light would be helpful with a front loader, minor inconvenience but still somewhat annoying. It's still a great washer for it's price point.

First front loading washing machine and I'm not use to all of the options. I've had it now for a month and still don't know. But what I do love is how quite it is except when it starts a spin cycle.
