Compared to our old GE Washer the Samsung is a huge improvement. Gets clothes clean with a fraction of the water. Quiet too. Save your back and get the pedestal for it.

Bought this when I got my new house and it works great! I like the HE and how it works. Gets the clothes clean and it has a pause button in case you forget to put some clothes in. This was on sale, so I got a great deal on it.

Ok, first thing to know, remove shipping bolts! After that it still sounds like it's going into orbit when it hits the spin cycle, but at least it won't try to go through your wall! We've had it a month and it's been great!

Looked at all the front loader washers they had. I didn't really give the salesman a chance to inform me of all the specifics of each machine, as I already had specific questions for them to answer. I don't have the "smell from retained water" that many people have mentioned with front loaders but am able to keep the door fully opened when not in use and the salesman said that the manufacturer has done some technology to help with that. My unit was at a lower price than expected so it was still less than I expected even after taxes.. I also love having the space on top of the washer to use for detergents and extras.

Had this washer for over a month now, so far works great as it should. I was very surprised how quite it is, and got to love the melody once the wash cycle is over. I will be going back to get the matching dryer.

One month into use, no problems, easy to use and full value for konry in termsnof functiknality. Do not think buying fancy feature addition would have made much dofference except a hefty price tag. Excellent work sp far

If this washer could get any quieter. I would forget I was doing laundry. With all the functions and settings its fast and easy to get the right setting for want you need to wash.

I had previously bought a Samsung top load washer, the ones that ended up exploding so I was skeptical in purchasing another Samsung washer. This one works great!!! Washes the clothes very well without damaging them.

The washer does a great job. It doesn't have a hand wash cycle like my Kenmore did, and the selection for changing the wash is also not as easy as the Kenmore. At the end of the day, It does a geat ,efficent job washing clothes.

This is the best washer I ever have. I can see it use the right amount of water and even being a front-load , still allows you to add more pieces even if the cycle already started.

I was in the market for a new so i actually bought new. its got plenty of options, very quiet and nice looking. i feel like it takes a lot longer than my old old old washer. over an hour for a regular load?

Although I just recently bought the Samsung and haven't used it a lot, but used a different brand's direct drive machine for a while in a different country, so when moved to the US it was not a question I am going to buy the same system again. Samsung had a good price and a famous brand so I am sure it is going to do a great job as well! Direct drive motor is absolutely quiet, I highly recommend it over to regular belt drive motors if you are looking for a new machine, you won't regret the 10year guarantee on the motor!!

Washes dirty stuff off of clothes. It spins fast. Looks good works good. Anybody writing a bad review is just looking for attention

This was an incredible deal as a scratch and dent model at the store! A high efficiency front loader at Great price with great service. The only hassle was having best buy reschedule the delivery date on me.

Ive had the exact same washer at my old house for several years. i liked it so much that i purchased one for my new home. I only had one issue over the 4 years I've owned it.

I am very happy with the functions of this washer and the cleanliness of the clothes, less soap, spins out nicely, less drying time. Very attractive model and easy to operate.

Quiet and has many options to choose for each load. Our washroom is inside so I don't even hear it on, but the only downfall now is the stupid song it plays at the end

Plenty of settings for all of my washing needs. Doesn't need a lot of detergent and the spin cycle works great which cuts down on dryer time. The clothes come out clean. I like that I can do large loads too.

The machine sometimes locks for periods at a time when my clothes are inside. Other than that, it is great and easy to use.
