I have been using it over 2 years with hard water provided in central texas. Knock on wood, it is a good quality product. Certainly more affordable option compared to European made Bosch and Miele.

All around for the price, this is a great washing machine. Going from an old top loader it handles more laundry, uses significantly less water and spins faster so the clothes are dryer saving you money on drying. I highly recommend this washer.

I needed to get a new washer though and I tried a top loader (all low water usage since that’s all we can get anymore) because I thought that would be more like a normal washer. I was wrong and that one had to go back. I decided if you have to have low water then front loader must be the way to go. I think I was right, and this model is fine. I wish it had a soak option where it just filled with water to really soak things that need it. I wash all my clothes in cold water so I don’t have to separate colors. When washing on cold in this machine, you have to use the extra soil option to really get the clothes clean. This makes the load run for nearly an hour and a half. You also should have the Best Buy delivery guys really be careful leveling it. This machine is very picky about being perfectly level.
