Great New Washer!

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We've had it only for a day (two loads of laundry)...machine is so much more quieter then our old washing machine...plus our old one had a ton of rust (not a samsung brand). This has a hard plastic top so rust will not be an issue. Also this unit has a wash setting called Bedding/Waterproof. It is meant to help extend the life of the washer due to wait of the bedding and also extend the life of waterproof jackies by on how is runs the wash cycle.

We purchased this washer thinking it was the best option for us.. boy were we wrong. It’ll be almost a year since we purchased it. A few months after having it, we starting having issues where it would stop in the middle of the spinning cycle and have a burning smell. After having difficulty with Samsung’s customer service they had someone come out and fix the issue at no charge because it was under warranty. Until recently, the same issue started again, but our warranty just expired. To get it fixed we will have to pay a couple hundred dollars which is not worth it given the price we paid for it and not knowing if the same issue will come back. I’m very disappointed because given that it’s a Samsung product and it’s price, it should not have any issues this early on. I understand if it’s been 5+ year, but less than a year???
