Great washing machine

I have been using it regularly and haven't had any issue's. My old washer was so noisy and always going off balance. This Samsung washing machine is so much better and really cleans the clothing well. Everything comes out so fresh and clean! I highly recommend.

Had a reasonable price for Memorial Day sale ($1500 for matching pair). Everything has been great so far, good size basin and clothes come out as clean as expected. Variable options all work and serve their intended purposes. Very happy.

It has been 4 weeks since delivery and I still can’t use it. It only lets one water temperature of water into the washer. Best Buy has been here to my house 3 times to fix. Now they are replacing it. I’ve been inconvenienced for 3 Saturdays waiting the 4 hour window.

Get the agitator!

I really like the agitator, my granddaughter has the one without it and her clothes are always all twisted around each other, not so with the agitator.

The wash cycles are long, but I love the color and the agitator. My previous washer had an impeller and I hated it. I might have given all 5 stars but I’m a bit tainted due to delivery service from Best Buy.

It can fit my king cal comforter with a breeze. My clothes comes clean as they should. I have the Samsung dryer already. My washer went out so we decided to get the matching Samsung washer.

After the mess with that Maytag disaster of a washer we had before, I am trying to stay hopeful. We will see. I am not sure what you want me to say. Time will be the factor on whether my husband and I are pleased with this appliance.

One thing i can say is some of my clothes are coming out twisted together. Could be something Im doing but im not sure. Love all the features.
