I was nervous because the first one I purchased wouldn't turn on after I got it home. Best Buy took care of the situation for me and I appreciate it!!!

Perfectly clean clothes but it burned out

They replaced the unit and so far so good. I do not like that you cant make setting adjustments when you pause a load. You have to actuall change the wash setting then go back to the original to change anything else like temperature, etc. Make sure you have it set correctly at the start.

Old school top loader lover. Con: I’m 4’11” and sometimes need the step stool. But I’m going to buy a cool one to match!

Seems to me like you actually have to put in huge loads to really get the benefit of the agitator. Clothes don't seem to be any more clean than they were with our 30 year old Whirlpool. Also can't smartthings to link with me alexa app for voice control, and no help from smartthings people. They axed my review of them because I put a dirty word in the description! Not really impressed for the price we paid for it.

It is pretty deep and has a good amount of power. The best thing is when it’s done it plays a cute tune that my kids especially like!

This machine is quiet when in use & has multi settings for your needs. Im also loving the water jet to prewash stains. The easy close door is a plus!
