awesome dishwasher. THe smart function is so convenient and works really well.

Love the dishwasher since it has been installed and it works. Quiet operation and the door pops open after the cycle is finished which is a great feature. Preview of pictures from what I see is not upright.

Don't touch this dishwasher with a 20 foot pole! I've had it for 2 months and I have yet to empty a load where all of my dishes are clean. Usually there's a few pieces that look as though water never even hit it.. I'm so disappointed and angry. I know it wasn't the most expensive dishwasher available, but geez.. it's bad. Wish I could return it..

We bought our Samsung dishwasher about 6 months ago and in that short time the water wall device broke. This is the second Samsung appliance we’ve owned and the second one to break within 6 months. Unfortunately due to their high repair tendencies and unavailability of parts we’ve switched to LG. Samsungs warranty department is easy to deal with, but who wants to do that every six months. Don’t walk, but run away from Samsung.

Dishwasher leaked. Samsung sent repairman twice. On second trip, repairman tipped dishwasher back and screwed in into the cabinet. The screw protruded through the side of the cabinet. And the dishwasher still leaked. I ended up buying a replacement after 6 months. Samsung says it will reimbursement, but I have to pay out of pocket first. We'll see. If I had not bought an entire suite of Samsung appliances, I would have bought a different brand. Samsung customer service is awful Promised call backs in 1-2 days -- never happened. Then I was told 24-48 business hours -- 3-6 days?

The Samsung dishwasher I purchased was supposed to bring peace and quiet to my kitchen, but instead, it’s been an ongoing nightmare as it leaked from the right bottom side, sometimes both sides, and collect steam/water vapor on top, damaging our new kitchen hardwood. Technicians tried everything, but the problem persists, leaving me frustrated and unable to enjoy anything. Despite its cost, it failed to do its job properly. I’m disappointed in both Samsung and Best Buy. Now, I’m constantly on edge, placing tray and bowl under the dishwasher to catch drips, constantly worrying about the risk of electric shock or mold ruining my brand-new kitchen. I just want this nightmare to end.

This dishwasher is quiet and cleans the dishes really well.

Works perfectly and looks great. Would highly recomend.

Beautiful unit however was an open box item and when delivered we found it had been used. We found a moldy plate inside and blue liquid in detergent area. Had to return this item back to Best Buy.

I grewup without a dishwasher, it was not needed.. items never were left in the sink. For 46 years it worked for me. My husband and daughter used our dishwashers in the past (incorrectly). After 6 months of remodeling and having time to read the manual. It was a breath of fresh air after it was all done! The quickwash and AutoRelease features made putting our home back less stressfull 2 weeks before the Holidays. I am a visual person.The Smartthing App shows you what items go on what rack and how to properly lay everything in order to not block any cleaning features. My family thought I was joking when I was having family time reading appliance manuals before they start pressing features and buttons the proper way! Kitchen appliances have drastically changed over the years, to improve our lives. However, if we didnt take the time to learn the fuctions correctly..it was do the opposite and stress me out.

Junk - flat out junk - do not buy this - my lawn sprinkler could wash dishes better from 50 yards away - zero stars - wait negative 5 stars - looks pretty but - worst appliance ive ever purchased in 30 plus years EVER

First dishwasher leaked. Best Buy quickly came out and replaced it with a new one. Second dishwasher doesn’t clean well. Despite first rinsing dishes and following all filter cleaning maintenance procedures the attached picture is what the water standing at the bottom looks like after a cycle. This is the water doing the final rinse on my dishes.

It’s horrible! If there was a word to describe how bad this was, I would use it! BUT THERE ISN'T ONE! Literally in this entire language, the worst word that describes this is a compliment. I just used it one month and leaked 3 times. No one helped me. I tried Samsung, Best Buy, but I can’t seem to get anyone to help me.

I regret buying this product. It does not dry well, plastics are wet and stained . The mechanism that open the door stop working even though it is in the right setting . My old Bosh (10years old) was by far a better dishwasher than this. I am about to call customer support. Wish I could get my money back so I can buy a Bosh
