Love the way it cracks open the door when the cycle is complete.

This product is a total failure of Samsung and BestBuy protection plan is not even helpful. It leaks through both sides of the door, after a few weeks you start to hear the sound and the leak is ongoing. Not worth the money at all, it has already damaged our new kitchen flooring. I have had 4 technicians, both from Samsung Care and Geek Squad and no one seems to resolve the issue, they keep saying it was designed badly and I don’t understand how long Best Buy protection plans intends the damage to last because of such a bad product before they can replace or help you out. 0 stars, total disaster. I wish it allowed me to upload videos so you could all see. The dishwasher detergent is not fully dispensed, I tried the rinse aid as well and still the same.

I am very pleased with the washer although I just got it on the 15th of June. Hopefully it will continue to deliver the excellency that it is given now.

I'm very unhappy with this dishwasher. It stopped working right before the manufacture's warranty. A tech came to fix it and got it to worked. Now, it's leaking water and moistures creating damage around the island trims and walls. Now, I have to pay additional to Best Buy to get it look at again. This should not happen to such a expensive dishwasher. Stay away from this dishwasher.

LOVE IT. Bought this as a replacement for the old dishwasher in our new house. Works great.

Beautiful unit however was an open box item and when delivered we found it had been used. We found a moldy plate inside and blue liquid in detergent area. Had to return this item back to Best Buy.

This dishwasher is quiet and cleans the dishes really well.

We bought our Samsung dishwasher about 6 months ago and in that short time the water wall device broke. This is the second Samsung appliance we’ve owned and the second one to break within 6 months. Unfortunately due to their high repair tendencies and unavailability of parts we’ve switched to LG. Samsungs warranty department is easy to deal with, but who wants to do that every six months. Don’t walk, but run away from Samsung.

Not very happy with the purchase. The only cycle that works well is the normal cycle. If I try any other features then it is inoperable due to a constant "UB - unbalance" code poping up. For the pricepoint it is averAGE....

Works perfectly and looks great. Would highly recomend.

Dishwasher leaked. Samsung sent repairman twice. On second trip, repairman tipped dishwasher back and screwed in into the cabinet. The screw protruded through the side of the cabinet. And the dishwasher still leaked. I ended up buying a replacement after 6 months. Samsung says it will reimbursement, but I have to pay out of pocket first. We'll see. If I had not bought an entire suite of Samsung appliances, I would have bought a different brand. Samsung customer service is awful Promised call backs in 1-2 days -- never happened. Then I was told 24-48 business hours -- 3-6 days?

The Samsung dishwasher I purchased was supposed to bring peace and quiet to my kitchen, but instead, it’s been an ongoing nightmare as it leaked from the right bottom side, sometimes both sides, and collect steam/water vapor on top, damaging our new kitchen hardwood. Technicians tried everything, but the problem persists, leaving me frustrated and unable to enjoy anything. Despite its cost, it failed to do its job properly. I’m disappointed in both Samsung and Best Buy. Now, I’m constantly on edge, placing tray and bowl under the dishwasher to catch drips, constantly worrying about the risk of electric shock or mold ruining my brand-new kitchen. I just want this nightmare to end.

I grewup without a dishwasher, it was not needed.. items never were left in the sink. For 46 years it worked for me. My husband and daughter used our dishwashers in the past (incorrectly). After 6 months of remodeling and having time to read the manual. It was a breath of fresh air after it was all done! The quickwash and AutoRelease features made putting our home back less stressfull 2 weeks before the Holidays. I am a visual person.The Smartthing App shows you what items go on what rack and how to properly lay everything in order to not block any cleaning features. My family thought I was joking when I was having family time reading appliance manuals before they start pressing features and buttons the proper way! Kitchen appliances have drastically changed over the years, to improve our lives. However, if we didnt take the time to learn the fuctions correctly..it was do the opposite and stress me out.

This is a nice washer that gets your clothes clean. The only disappointment I have is with the agitator. It doesn't agitate as it's spinning and rinsing the clothes.

Don't touch this dishwasher with a 20 foot pole! I've had it for 2 months and I have yet to empty a load where all of my dishes are clean. Usually there's a few pieces that look as though water never even hit it.. I'm so disappointed and angry. I know it wasn't the most expensive dishwasher available, but geez.. it's bad. Wish I could return it..

Overall, I am very impressed with this washing machine. I decided to invest in a high quality washing machine because my previous washer was leaving greasy stains and ruining all my clothing. I decided to buy this washing machine because Samsung is a brand I highly trust. I have Previously purchased many Samsung appliances and have never been disappointed. Installation was quick and easy and it fit perfectly to replace my dated machine. I love this washing machine because it’s quiet and very effective in cleaning my clothes. I love the agitator, it’s strong and durable, yet gentle on even the most delicate clothes I own: It does a great job in getting heavily soiled clothes clean. This machine is technically superior in the way it spins using high speeds. It’s so fun to watch from the clear top lid. The machine in general is so easy to utilize. It’s very user friendly as the Digital options are easy to navigate and choose. My elderly parents were able to use it to without issue and were used to using washing machines with only dial options, not digital. Overall, I am highly impressed with this machine. It’s superior and high quality. I’m so pleased and excited to use it for years to come.

This is the best dishwasher I have owned so far, only have had it about 2 months
