So far I love this washer. Probably has more features on it than I will ever use. I've not tried the steam functions yet. Washer seems to be very quiet compared to the Bosch's we had.

Super heavy duty, i can put in large loads and you barely hear it. My old washer used to shake the whole house. I live on the second floor also gets clothes clean.

I purchased both washer and dryer with the stacking kit. It opened up my space and looks great. My clothes are fresh and clean. We have large dogs and their bath towels even come out nice and fresh.

Went with 4.5c this the 1st front load washer I’ve owned. Compared to the world pool Calabria, it’s a world away. The washer is quiet, love different washing cycles, does a good job.

easy install, instructions were easy to follow and the wash seem to be real clean and fresh. I like the steem option.

This is an excellent washing machine that handles large loads. The controls are quite easy to use and just about self explanatory. The steam wash mode is good at removing tough stains, like grass stains from bluejeans. The final spin cycle is so efficient it removes a good deal of the wash water from clothes making your dryer have to work less. We are quite happy with this purchase.

Have had the machine for about a month and it seems to work fairly well. Not sure if this is good or bad, but after the clothes are washed, the clothes smell like the laundry soap. With my old washer, I could not. I really like the delay end function, which allows you to have the washer end at a specified time. There are a few items about the machine I wish were different. 1. The end of cycle chime is too quiet. I cannot hear it when I am in another room. 2. Occasionally, throughout the wash, clothes end up being tossed to one side of the drum, The machine then gets out of balance and makes an awful thumping moise that shakes the house. This lasts until a new cycle starts. 3. The control panel is made up of flashing lights. During the entire wash, the lights flash. Even when you set the delay end function, the lights flash the whole time. I will set the delay end for 11 hours and the lights the whole time. I wish the lights would not flash all the time.

First time purchasing a front load washer. Couldn’t be happier with it. It took only a few cycles to get that new smell out. Since then I have noticed my clothes are much cleaner than my old washer.

Not nearly as loud as my last machine (LG) which buzzed with every action of the drain pump. Takes most of the extra water out of the cloths before cycle is done so dryer finishes faster. Heavy grease, oil and blood easily removed from cloths with tide and spray and wash on normal wash cycle. Door does not shut if door is slammed but rather requires a firm push to complete the latch.

This washer and it’s paired dryer is nothing short of awesome. It has multiple settings for washing clothes like steaming/sanitizing. It doesn’t hold smell no matter what type of soiled clothing you put in. It’s also quiet and energy efficient. Get one! I’ve had this washer and it’s dryer for over two years! I have them both stacked! Samsung is the way to go!

They're very careful with their clothes but they are still kids so I do a lot of washing. Awesome steam cycle a must for our clothing. The disinfectant cycle also awesome as well. Takes time but it feels nice having your clothes really clean. There is also a quick cycle wash it also cleans your clothes but we have a dog so yeah. Also energy efficient.

This washer is big & is great for washing everything in my home - even my gigantic oversized comforter. Doesnt use very much water or detergent at all. Very cost effective too.

This was my second Samsung washer The first one I left at my home when I sold it. I will only buy a Samsung! The quality and options are great never had a problem.

Both works amazingly well! I wish that the sound could be adjusted so that I can actually hear them when the cycles are done while I’m downstairs but thT is minor.

This washer is so quiet you even forget you are washing cloth, the soap dispenser is so easy to use and the setting are just as great, I recommend this washer

I've had absolutely no issues with this particular model and in fact, it works very well. It is super quiet and very efficient however the description indicates this is an app-controlled appliance. IT IS NOT. The only available app is a diagnostic app that will tell you what's wrong if you're having issues. I specifically bought this to integrate into my smart home. I am, however, exchanging this for a different model that will integrate.

I love doing laundry (seriously). This machine can hold a huge amount of dirty clothes, getting each and every item clean. However, it adjusts it's water level to the size of the load. Energy saver and custom settings make this machine a dream. Hooray!

Great washer. Lot of options for washing. Don't have to go to the laundromat to wash my comforter cause this washer provides plenty of room.
