The Samsung 4.5 Cu. Ft Washer is an excellent choice for the money - provides many high end features with the efficiency of a front load washer - extremely quite during operation.The Samsung Gas Dryer is an excellent choice which provides many high-end features in a front load unit at a low cost.

We had been so unhappy with the last several washer and dryer sets we had, our expectations were low. The last washer would walk all over the room when unbalanced (almost every load), and our towels would frequently get that sour smell if we did not use extra long wash and super hot water, and the dryer took all day to get to merely damp clothing. But this new Samsung set - Wow!! Great wash on just the normal setting, warnings if too much soap or unbalancing, great spin almost dries the clothes by getting out so much water. And the dryer gets a load fully dry so fast. We are kicking ourselves for not replacing earlier!! Love this set!

We purchased this washing machine to replace the same model that stopped working. The old one was only 5 years old and had already required repairs, so let's hope this one lasts longer! We love the capacity, the high efficiency and the features, and so far it works great!

the reason we ended up buying a washer was due to the fact that my son broke my top loader which was also a Samsung, however the glass ended up all over the canister so it was unsalvagable. we fell in love with this new washer and it was a plus that I always wanted to get a front loader just because they definitely wash clothes a lot better and leave them cleaner. fell in love with the different cycles this machine has and it is really easy to function but I do give a piece of advise and that is to leave the door open after each wash due to the rubber inside can make after time the washing machine smell real bad.

I bought this washer along with the dryer as a matching set recently and I have also reviewed the dryer as well. This is truly an upgrade from what I previously owned a washer that was almost 12 years and needed to be replaced. It is a heavy duty washing machine as well as the dryer it is a lot more quiet. And has great features. I do not regret my purchase and so far I have had no issues with it. I had it delivered and installed by Best Buy even though I was not home at the time I was truly happy to see everything place neatly. I definitely recommend this products it is a great change from what I previously had and my kids love the fact that they can actually put more clothes into this machine it's for like a heavy duty machine that they use at the laundromats. And I got it at a great sale price online.

The machine works wonderful . Easy to use and very quiet. It plays a pleasant tune after the laundry is done. The capacity is large

This washing machine is so easy to use, and cleans well. I love that I don`t have to balance clothes and that my comforters can be washed with no problems.

This Samsung washer has a great capacity, is user friendly, has plenty of options and cleans clothes well.

I don’t use the smart app. Haven’t tried. But I absolutely love my new washer. Haven’t used all the functions but will be experimenting with it soon. And it washes sooo quiet which was important to me. It looks great. Caught a great sale for Fourth of July holiday and I love the reputability and ease of use with Samsung products. Also got the extended warranty through Best Buy

This has wonderful upgrades, easy directions to follow and intuitive from my old 20 year old washer, good looking unit, quiet and efficient

The washer seems to do a great job on cleaning. It does have a little problem with the spin cycle. very powerful and likes to walk. would give 5 stars if it wasn't for that.

A big improvement over the top loading maytag we had. Clothes come out much cleaner, uses less water and pretty darn quiet. Happy with my purchase.

This replaces a ten year old Samsung front load machine that died with a bang and a cloud of smoke. So why did I buy another Samsung? Because the old one was a hard worker and washed clothes almost every day. Controls are intuitive and with a little ingenuity you can get the exact settings you want despite the limited number of preprogrammed cycles. Vibration control is good so don't freak out if loads are not balanced instantly. Only four stars because I am used to a bit more fully featured Samsung, but no regrets on this one. (Also, it cleans clothes).

Old washer broke. Repair guy recommended Samsung as he said they were a top brand for washers. I’ve had it now for a few weeks and it works perfect. Very quite, clothes come out clean and it is energy efficient which will save me money. I did a lot of research and was glad Best Buy had a sale on these at the time because it was less expensive then other brands entry models. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase and highly recommend this washer!

How you want to wash your clothes is easy with this machine-water temperature, spin speed, how long to wash them- all your choice after choosing the cycle. When reading other reviews before buying, I was a little nervous about the vibration when spinning. But I am impressed with the VRT technology. I did buy the pedestal so it couldn’t walk if it wanted to, but it wouldn’t and the only vibration is as expected. Geek squad installed this new machine and took out the old one in record time. They tested for leaks and made sure it ran properly. They were informative about features and were able to answer any question. When they left I was ready to start washing clothes. I have had this machine for almost a month and I would definitely buy it again

Haven't had it long but seems to do good job. Quiet when running. Hope it does better than LG we had

Love my washer. Very silent and easy to use. Even when washing large loads it’s very efficient.

It's a nice and modern washer system. I've never had a washer / dryer set made after 1985, so I have quite low standards. It works very well. I like the frontload - my fiancé is going to build me a platform so that I'm not bending over every time to load and unload. I wish I had done a topload because some of them have little wash basins at the top now so that you can do a handwash before starting the load. I am still happy with my selection. The set looks good in my laundry room. I did the dark gray set. I was between this and the LG set, but I went with Samsung explicitly because of a promo Best Buy was running at the time. With all of the perks thrown in, it was TOTALLY worth it. Note: The washer is eligible for an energy rebate because it is energy star certified. The dryer of the same set is NOT.

These are the nicest units we have ever had. I'm not big into the huge options. But these are quiet and very easy to use. I did get the pedestals so they are easier to unload. Overall, we are happy with purchase. Also: do not bother trying to install these. Have best buy do it. They were on time and did it perfectly.

Purchased my second Samsung Washer earlier this month (March). So far everything is going well. This machine is much quieter than my previous Samsung. I just hope it doesn’t break after 7 years like the previous one. It seems there is a ball bearing problem with these machines and they are too expensive to repair. If this one breaks I’m done with Samsung!
