So efficient, quiet and fast. The space without the bar in the middle is amazing. I can usually fit 2 hampers worth of clothes in there without an issue! It's also perfect for comforters and blankets because they won't get caught on the old style bar in the middle.

This washer is quiet and cleans everything perfectly. I was a little nervous buying a unit without the center agitator but I am glad I did. The only down fall is the hoses stick out a little to far in the back for my likening but over all a great machine.

I'm old school & prefer dials over buttons when it comes to electric & water. I also am not a fan of "smart" appliances, since too much runs on that stuff. I almost spent $100 less on a lesser model but that would've not been the best deal. I got this on sale & was leery about how hard it would be to set up. It was easy. Done in about hour, mainly due to the learning curve of how the machine operates. After you figure out how to hang the drain the 39" minimum height & in my case, also use an extension from the end to prevent splashing, you must follow the instructions to calibrate the unit. The process takes about 20 mins to do if you get it right the 1st try. Leveling was easy, it comes preset to almost level from the box! Only 2 levelers in front making it a breeze to level. They tell you to fill the washer with water to level it, no sir. Use a level & compensate for the slight downward angle of the glass, doesn't need to be absolute. I used my cell phone & a level app, setting my phone inside, balancing it in top of the center auger. Don't ask, it worked. Use a real level or just a glass with some water in it on top of the lid until it looks level. Operation from that point is flawless. It went off balance once & that was my error in a small load with the wrong setting making the spin too high. Another feature you can change on any cycle is the spin speed, water temp. & over ride the default water level. Like most washing machines it has more settings than most of us use, however the savings in energy & water are significant. The "smart" feature is simply an app to read the code on screen should one occur & the manual has them listed as well. Very well built, the electronics seem solid, 50 or so loads done already. Cleans like no other even if you fill it to the max line. With the HE soap, it uses less than the detergent says on a full load. Don't go cheap & get new hoses from Best Buy or wherever.

The unit has performed very well so far. It has a very large capacity, multiple settings and features. The only complaint is that the cleaning cycles can be very long. But the clothes are coming out very clean. The noises it makes in the beginning of a cycle are a bit disconcerting at first( we thought it was broken) but it is the machine figuring out the load. Overall, very pleased with the unit.

Exceptionally quiet, washes and rinses very well, spins everything so dry it hardly needs time in the dryer. And it's great fun watching the cycles through the windowed lid!

I purchased this washer for a rental home. It is stylish, large capacity, easy to operate, varied wash choices, quiet compared to my Electrolux. Renter loves it. Will purchase for my other property, once it is ready to rent.

I've had this washer for just over a month and it is really good. It holds a lot of laundry and the cloths come out clean even my kid's cloths which get very dirty at camp and outside. As with other reviews, if you are 5'4 or less, you definitely have to be on your toes to reach the bottom of the washer to retrieve cloths. I don't find the music at the end of the cycle annoying but it is pretty long. The only downside is the cycles are really long even the quick wash.

I first bought this washer in February 2015 when we moved into a new home. When we were transferred to Florida a few months later, we were so disappointed to leave it behind we went right back and bought this same model for our new home. The capacity of this washer is terrific - big enough for king size bedding - and it cleans really well.Best of all, the song it sings when the load is done is so much more pleasant than the loud buzzers on other machines. Operation is quiet enough, though it is certainly noticeable. I highly recommend this and its matching dryer as well.

The washer seems fine so far. It's quiet. Easy to operate. Even my son will do his laundry when he brings it home. This is my first machine without an agitator. Clothes seem to come out clean so far!

I have owned this machine for about a month. I love doing laundry now. Easy to use, quiet and efficient. The tub is huge and I can do big loads and comforters, no problem.

Consumer Reports recommended make and model played a major part in our choosing this washing machine. We had a front loading Whirlpool Duet that was loud and never seemed to rinse clothes well. Top loaders use a little more water so it makes sense that it should rinse better and it does. It is very quiet and actually entertaining to watch the first time you use it. Plenty of settings and options to choose from. Plays delightful tunes when it finishes. Do clothes get clean - YES, but I will admit we have no young children so our clothes are never filthy. I suggest you read reviews that discuss those issues more thoroughly.

This washer is great. Upgraded from an old whirlpool to this. Much more space, determines how much clothes are in the washer automatic, very quite. High efficiency is a plus.

Easier to load and unload than the front-loader machines, very quiet, and gentle on the clothes because it has no agitator. The $35 Eco-rebate from SW Gas helps, also.

first time buying Samsung major appliance washing machine and dryer. the deal was great for both because the capacity was 4.5 cu.ft washer and 7.2 cu.ft for the dryer. the controls are all digital and easy to learn. both machines are super quiet. takes long to complete a basic load of wash but it does a great job with the exception of unbalanced load error. so make sure you pay attention how you put things in.

This washer is perfect for our family. It gets our clothes very clean and the large capacity cuts down on the amount of loads we have to do. It is also very quiet.

I needed an new washer for my home. I did a lot of research, talked to a friend who has this washer, and decided on this Samsung model. I LOVE it! I love that it doesn't have an agitator. I've done large loads and know that everything is getting clean. I loved this washer so much that I bought the same model for my summer cottage. I get a lot of company, and with no agitator, I can do a large load of sheets or towels and know that all will get clean. The only problem I have is the tub is very deep. I'm not real tall, and I have a little trouble reaching the bottom of the tub. It does spin around easily, so I can spin the tub around to get out all of my laundry. And the tune that it plays makes me smile. I find my self humming it.

Great machine, holds a lot, very quiet, clothes are super clean! This year couldn't afford the dryer but next year will buy a Samsung dryer too!

Beautiful washer, it seems the cycles are longer than what I expected, also it uses very little water per each cycle, I've used several cycles and seems that if you use the (Bedding) cycle it uses more water, which I've been using. Seems like it's washing well, except my husband's working clothes, but I will try to use the new cycle and stain removal to see if it works better. Machine works extremely quiet, which it's nice and at the end if each cycle it plays music to let you know it had finished.

I had a front loader and hated it..when it finally died I was beyond happy to get a top loader once again. After reading MANY reviews and going into the store I finally decided on this washer despite the couple of terrible reviews. I LOVE this machine. My only complaint with it is that it is loud. Other then that it fits everything, has more settings then I know what to do with and is very efficient. It would get 5 stars if it was quiet as described. I am very happy with my purchase.
