I absolutely Love this washer. I've always bought used appliances to save money but this time I decided to treat myself, sooooo glad I did. This is the best washer I've Ever had. I love the self cleaning feature, how quiet it is and how big it is. I would definitely recommend this washer to a friend.

Good going first couple weeks, silent than i expected, wash results good, easy interface. More convenient to load than front loader!

i've had this washer for a few months now and it works great. it's super large and very quite. my last washer was bigger than normal but this one is extra large and i can actually do two loads in one.. now all i need is to get a larger dryer! oh and it looks fancy with all the push buttons.

i have owned the washer for several weeks now and i am very pleased with the purchase. it's quiet and cleans clothes thoroughly. the only issue i had was the depth of the tub -- being petite, i have to bend over and extend my arm to retrieve clothes for the dryer. but otherwise, i think the washer is great and price was reasonable.

Quiet, efficient, and LOTS of space, means I have to need to fewer loads of laundry.

I upgraded from a standard washer to this. I'm very happy with the amount of clothes this unit can hold and it amazes me how it can wash clothes with so little water. Clothes dry faster in the dryer with the way this machine washes the clothes. I haven't had any issue with overly soaked clothes nor clothes not being fully washed.

Purchased this washer for my son and daughter in law. I have the same machine so I knew they would LOVE it. Large capacity machine allows you to wash extra large loads including queen sized comforters. Energy efficient and conserves water. Quiet operating system and loads of wash cycles. My daughter in law is over the moon in love with her machine and I am too with mine. Laundry day made easy.

We are pleased with the Samsung 9 Cycle High Efficiency washing machine. It has many setting options so you can customize each cycle according to your needs. From small loads to large, it gets clothes, rugs, and bedding clean. The controls are easy to understand. The sounds it makes are pleasing and the machine is not too loud when running. We are completely satisfied with our purchase.

Replaced one of those front loading Whirlpool washers which was horrid. The smells, the need to use Afresh, and the difficulty of finding all the washed laundry made us give up on front loaders. The Samsung works very well, is convenient to use, and was a great buy.

This washer is nice and big. It washes my clothes amazingly well and has many options that fit my family's needs. I especially like the pre-soak and extra rinse options. The sound it makes when selecting things is enjoyable as well. If your looking for a washer that has room for larger loads this is it! I love it!

Easy to use and understand, very quiet. Nice big tub for large loads, even holds my largest comforters.

I recently purchased this Samsung washing machine. I am absolutely 100% completely satisfied with this washing machine! It is absolutely fantastic! The reason I say that is because, it's cleaning ability is tremendous and it is a large capacity and it is quiet ! I am a real customer and I really wrote this! If you're looking for a fantastic washing machine get this one and you will be just as happy as I am with the performance of this washing machine.

This was my first experience with energy efficient washing machines. The fact that there's no agitator freaked me out. Yet research said that the clothes would be clean. I don't like the fact that it takes so long to wash. I wash a lot that's why I do love the large capacity, but if you don't choose the pre soak and extra rinse, the clothes don't seem as clean. This takes 2 hours. I also find detergent marks on the clothes and I'm using the amount it tells you for soap. The clothes are always knotted up. It does get them clean but not as efficiently as I had believed it would.

Got this on sale and I use it pretty much every other day (between clothes, sheets, comforters, etc). It is really quiet and cleans well. There have been a couple times I have had to wash something a couple times, but that might have been more the stain than the washer's fault.

I had a front loader for about 10 years and was never happy with the way it cleaned. I am very happy with this machine. Its great to have a top loader again. Clothes spin out much drier.

Our Samsung washer can fit an entire week's worth of laundry in one load (for 2 people). The size is perfect and our clothes come out fresh and clean every time! Very happy with the Samsung product.

Easy display and relatively quiet dryer. Haven't tried out the steam features yet as the regular cycle has been great. A nice feature: the dryer continues to monitor the clothes after the cycle is complete. If you don't remove the clothes after 5-10 minutes, the dryer gives a few anti-wrinkle tumbles and then waits again. Useful feature for if you leave the house and other errands take longer than you thought.

Our 10 year old washer died unceremoniously right before Black Friday. The previous model, while long-lived was pretty bare bones and we decided we'd like something with a few more features, but not outrageously expensive. The Samsung models were on sale, and were recommended by the salesperson and after reviewing and comparing to other models, we decided to go with them. My understanding is that these are the models that were recalled previously, but that newer models have the former issues corrected. I guess time will tell. So far, performance has been admirable. We can wash twice as much as our previous machine, with less water, and it comes out equally clean. I am rating 4 stars as after only a month or so in use, I can't make a "final" decision yet, but we have been happy with this model so far.

Great value, easy to use, quiet and efficient washer.

The washing machine does an adequate job. I have found that with really dirty clothes, especially with any oily type stains, Spray n Wash is essential. The cycles are longer than with my former top loading machine with agitator but that is not a problem. I really, really like that it uses a LOT less water than my former machine. I live on a ranch and get really dirty. For normally dirty clothes, I think this machine is fine. For serious dirt, you need to go with the heavy duty long cycle but it works. Once I figured out the length of time and settings to use, it has been great.
