Cleans effectively, quiet, looks nice. It has a large capacity, so I can wash less loads per week. Since it is so deep I have to stand on my tiptoes to reach down and get the clothes out. And it sings to me when it's finished. It is quite an improvement over my old machine. I've had it for 1 month and really like it.

I love this washer! I don't miss the agitator and the full tub of water. My clothes are clean, even my comforter. I look forward to doing laundry now. I have no complaints at all and I tell everyone how I love my washer!

Wonderful peace of equipment, quiet, effiecient, less water and cool to watch.

Really like that there is not an agitator in the middle easy to load and unload especially large loads like blankets and towels. Like all of the setting options too.

We purchased this washer on sale after in depth research. You can fit an unbelievable amount of laundry in this washer and you can even fit your comforter in this machine. Many options to choose from when washing clothes and extremely quiet.

This machine is a plain joy to own. The large capacity allows for the washing of all my bed comforters with no problem. Controls are easy to use and overall the machine is quiet. No comparison between this machine and my 15 year old washer.

All I can say is wowwwww! I love everything about this washer. Less noise and very efficient. All clothes come out clean. Will definitely recommend this product to potential customers. Thanks BB for the prompt delivery and profesional installation.

I love this washer, it looks great, runs super quiet, it is sooooo easy to use, I love the song it plays when it's done (yes, cheesy I know :)) and I cant believe how much I can fit into it! Bedding in all shapes and sizes is no problem and it all comes out clean. I bought this washer based on the great reviews it had online and I am glad I did, they were all right! It's great for the price, I'm happy with it. The one issue I have come across, was that after washing beach towels and swimsuits, the sand didn't drain out of the washer for several times, even after running the self cleaning cycle. So unfortunately a few loads after those were a bit sandy :/ But that was a minor issue, I wiped the drum down with a damp cloth to pick up the sand and the issue was resolved. Overall, awesome buy!

We bought this washer about 2 months ago and have had no problems with it. We had Geek Squad install it and it works perfectly. I love the delay end on it and I can wash so much more at a time than my previous washer. It has a end chime on it that I can hear on the other side of the house and it definitely gets the clothes very dry in the spin cycle.

Did a ton of online research and actually talked myself out of buying this 2 months ago. Finally had to do something as old machine was about finished. Researched a ton of washing machines and came back to this Samsung. Have not had a single issue with it and clothes come out unbelievably clean. Only wish I wouldn't have waited so long to get this!

We got this to replace a front load he washer that broke after 9 years. My wife hated the front loader because it didn't clean as good as our old non he washer. This washer is an he that cleans as good as, if not better than a traditional washer. Easy to use. Self balancing and quiet. And we got a great deal on a scratch and dent special.

I did my homework and it paid off. The washer is quiet, efficient and uses a fraction of the water of my old top-loader. It spins at such a high speed that the clothes are almost dry when they come out of the washer-translating into very quick dry times. I will certainly buy more Samsung appliances and will certainly buy them from Best Buy!

After looking at varies product, I settled on this one. This washer has great capacity and very user friendly. Best Buy delivery service on the other hand was a painful experience. I was transferred about 7 times before I could make the delivery appointment . Like the product but Best Buy has some work to do on customer service.

We have had our new washer for over a month now and could not be happier with it. It washes huge loads. It's fairly quiet but sings out a nice little jingle when the load is done. We couldn't be happier with our decision.

This washing machine is exactly what you would expect at this price point. It does not have a ton of bells and whistles but it is efficient and effective. Has greater capacity than our old washer but is not excessively large to the point that you cant fill it up.

Replaced an older style machine at the end of it's life and wow what a difference. It not only cleans very well, but it's super quite. Installation by best buy was great. Has a lot of options, but if you stick with the basic wash it's just 1 button to press.

I've owned my Samsung washer for over a month now & am very impressed with its' load capacity, quiet cycles and cleaning ability. I also like the water sensor that saves me $$ on my water bill!
