I'm very impressed. It's easy to work. Very nice features. It's quite and has a large tub, too. Blows former top of the line front loader washer away and way less expensive. Best washer I've ever owned.

I've had this washer for about 3 weeks now. Every time I do a load there is a white residue all over my clothing, even after setting it for a second rinse. I usually have to rinse 3 or 4 times before the residue is gone. The wash cycle is already 80 minutes, adding another rinse is 20 min, so we're talking over an hour and half to do a load. Not to mention the amount of water being wasted! That completely defeats the purpose of this being energy efficient. I tried many different suggestions that I found online and nothing will keep this from happening. I use only liquid detergent, no fabric softener and I do not overfill the load or use more than the recommended amount of soap. I have very sensitive skin, so I cannot have any residue on my clothing and I'm very limited with the type of soaps I can use. I am very much considering taking the washer back and getting something else. My parents have a whirlpool top load and they do not have this problem. I'm tired of having to babysit this washer and I'm afraid it's going to ruin my clothes!

I read many reviews & hunted for the best washer that offered the features I wanted for a decent price. This was it! After relearning how to do laundry (high efficiency etc), I'm quite impressed with this Samsung model. It's only been a month, but so far I am not disappointed. Quiet machine & cleans clothes well.

So far, we've been very impressed! Simple to operate. Seems to clean clothes well. The machine seems very sturdy. It does not vibrate very much, unlike other machines. It sings a little song when it is done. I'm happy with the purchase-- we had to return a Whirlpool washer that clearly did not make the cut.

We needed a new top loader machine because the agitator on our old top loader broke. We decided to purchase another top loader and read the reviews of various machines on line. Although this machine had many positive and negative reviews we added it to our list of must sees and I'm glad we did. We are happy with this machine. It's a large capacity machine and holds large comforters; the machine practically dries your clothes. Machine locks after you start it which is an added feature. My only negative feedback would be that I've noticed some stains on my clothes after they have been washed- not sure if it's due to the use of less water.

I bought this to replace an older agitator washer. Best decision! I love just throwing the clothes in. Many options to adjust cycles but you need to trust the machine to make adjustments. Not sure how that works but it does. My clothes are much cleaner and that's a good thing! Pretty quiet too....

WOW! I can't get over the size of the drum! My previous large loads is equivalent to a small/med load. I no longer have to do was daily to keep up with my loads. The choice of different cycles is great. The amount of water left in the clothes is so minimal...it has an awesome spin cycle!!! Not having an agitator in the drum allows for more room and its very quiet.I can wash my king size items in this. Also went back to a top loader. I do NOT miss having to bend down to get laundry in the the back of the drum. . HIGHLY recommend this washer. Wish I would have had it 5 years ago when I had my boys in sports and did A LOT of laundry.

My wife loves this Washer it is quite and efficient and the controls are easy to use. Just take note if you are vertically challenged you may have difficulty getting your wash out. this machine has a large very deep wash tub and it would be very hard for you to reach the bottom.

It's a little early to give it a "true" review as I just received the washer. That said, I can attest to the tremendous capacity of the tub - so nice to have larger loads not be crammed in. It also seems to do a terrific job of cleaning - that's what it's supposed to do, right? On the minus side, it takes longer to wash clothes and, they seem to be wetter when the cycle is done. I need to do more loads and determine if there's a solution for this. All in all, I am very happy w/this washer and would have given it 4.5 stars if given that option.

This SAMSUNG washing machine is the quietest I have come across so far. It's also a high capacity and high efficiency product. My last one came for 15 full years. I'm hoping that this will at least be the same.

We purchased this to replace a failed LG washer. Although the LG provided 5 years of service, it did have a few quirks that my wife didn't care for. Overall this washer seems to be a notch or two nicer than the LG it replaced (same size). This washer is surprisingly quiet and uses to little water. It is quite amazing. I like the fact that it seems to have a better balanced drum so there are no vibrations or associated noise from the unit. Clothes come out pretty clean. No issues so far. Delivery was first rate. Really can't say enough about the delivery service other than the competitors should take notice on how it should be done correctly.

This washer is very easy to use and has just the right number of options--not too many but just enough to fit all my needs. I love being able to wash my queen size comforter. It is so user friendly that there is no need to consult the instruction book. It is the best washer I have ever had!!!

I bought this washer to replace a 14 year old GE. It works flawlessly, it's extremely quiet, and it's efficient! I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

I have never had a washer without an agitator before and I am very pleased. No more worries about things getting stuck in the agitator. The machine does a great job of cleaning and gives many choices to customize the job.

We have had this for a month now and no complaints, yet. Clothes are clean and the washer is quiet. If you are a shorter person, you might have trouble reaching into the bottom of the washer as the tub is deep.

We are happy with this washer.It holds a fair amount of clothes and seems to get everything clean.The cycles can run a little long .The spin cycle gets the clothes pretty dry so they dry quicker in dryer.

The machine runs quiet. Be careful not to overload however. The machine is capable of fitting a written comforter and sheets but one must take care that the items are spaced evenly. It kept displaying OE for overload condition. Taking sheets out fixed the issue.

Bought this washer with dryer during labor day sale. We love it. It has a gentle back and forth spin from the bottom and takes quite a bit of clothes. Strongly recommended.

This Samsung machine is far better than the Whirlpool machine i had previously. It is much quieter and my laundry comes out very clean! I would highly reccomend this machine.

I reviewed several different brands and models and found Samsung to be consistently rated highly. This washer has quite a few bells and whistles and is pretty quite. It is a step up from the traditional GE washer we had and the HE seems to be working well.
