I had a Whirlpool cabrio. Worst washer mach., it didn't clean clothes ,made noise. The Samsung mach. is the best washing mach . I am so happy with it . My clothes come out sparkling clean and it is so quiet. My clothes spin out practically dry.Everything about this machine I love. I love the little musical tone when wash is finished.

I had read the reviews, and people either loved this machine or hated it. I love the drum size, it does a great job on comforters. However, on some regular loads, I feel it does not use enough water. I have figured out that in order to have it fill with more water, I have to use the heavy duty settings. The cycle takes longer but I like the results better. I have had this machine for 2 months and love the size, I can do 2 loads at a time! Overall, I am happy with this purchase.

I am very happy with my washer, I shopped around so I know I got a great price. The washer holds a lot of clothes and uses very little water. My clothes come out clean. I like the look and features this washer has to offer.

We purchased a Samsung washer and dryer recently & couldn't be happier with the purchase. They are both so easy to use & clean our clothes exceptionally well.

Very easy to use (no guessing on temperature, load size, etc.), just identify the type of item being washed and done. Capacity is huge, and there is no center spinner that gets in the way when adding or removing items.

This machine is great. The clothes come out nice and clean and the spin cycle spins out so well the clothes are almost dry when they come out of the washer!

This washer holds a lot of clothes or sheets/towels. I bought it mainly for its capacity to wash king size bedding. Overalll...excellent washing results. The clothes come out a bit tangled and wrinkled but clean. Small problems...Sometimes i noticed white residue (softener) on dark clothing. Oddly enough although there is a lock on the door /cover when you start a cycle (which can be turned on/off with the pause button), there is nothing to prevent you from starting a wash cycle with the soap/softener dispenser disengaged . I wish there was a warning for this.

I had a high end LG front loader combo before this set. I always loved the LG and thought I couldn't have anything better. This Samsung set is great. It cleans the clothes better. It is quieter. It is also half the price of the LG set that I had. Strong suggest it. Worth every cent.

This washer is quiet, efficient, and has a large load capacity. There are plenty of setting choices while still remaining user friendly. The only inconvenience is that it is difficult to reach the laundry in the bottom of the washer due to how tall the washer stands and how deep it is. I have to lean into the washer and my feet come off the ground when reaching for the bottom of my load.

I am very satisfied with my Samsung washer. It is simple to use and washes large loads easily. It's a no no hassle machine, no imbalanced loads if loaded with the lest bit of effort and it's not bad looking either.

Had for 5 months now & pleased with so far. Super quiet & handles bigger loads. Also like how it slowly spins while filling with water from the top so that every item gets a rinse/wet from the start.

I cannot believe that I stuck with my old washer for so long. I love washing clothes now. It is very quiet and works beautifully. No agitator and all the aggravation caused by it. It uses less water and so is better for the environment. Also uses High Efficiency Detergent. I went onlilne and learned how to make my own and it costs about 5 cents a load. And it cleans so well. Very happy.

Our dryer went kaput after 12 years so we bough this to go with the new matching Dryer we bought. They came highly recommended on Consumer Reports. They have not disappointed us in the first 6 months. The controls are very different than we are used to, but you can still control the water temps load size etc. It plays silly music when the load is done, which annoyed my wife at first but now she likes it. You can turn the music option off if you like. These have been solid replacement for our previous units. My inlays decided to buy them as well after we had used them for a while and I have heard nothing but good things form them too.

This is a great washer. It is very quiet which is good for us since our laundry is on the main floor. The amount of different settings is good. And it is very spacious, big enough to wash large loads or bedding.

This washer is best you can get for your money. We have been wanting to upgrade to a higher capacity washer but didn't want to spend $800 or more to do it. This washer is priced considerably lower then similar machines but performs amazingly. It is high capacity, can handle bulky bedding, has Eco settings, and it incredibly quiet - important for our second story laundry. We highly recommend this washer!

It washes my clothes pretty well. It's a lot quieter than all of the washers I have used. It's easy to program too. This is my first digital programming washer.

Love this washing machine! Love that it can hold a large amount of clothes in one load, the ability to delay the start of the load until I know that I will be home to take it out to dry, the little song that it sings once the load is finished, and the fact that it has never failed to get my family's clothes clean. My only dislike is the pull out drawer for the liquid detergent and the fabric softener. It is useable, just not my preference. Other than that, it is a great machine.

After dealing with a front loader for years (the sound of jet engine taking off at spin cycle) this is a nice change. It's quiet, it's quick, it cleans well. The controls are easy to manage and simple to understand. Installation was easy. My kids also like it because it plays a little song when it's done washing rather than beeping. Hopefully they'll last a long time.

I purchased this washer after my last whirlpool product ever failed when the same circuit board went out again. I am very impressed with this washer, it holds approximately three times more than my large capacity front-loading whirlpool did. It is amazing how much laundry will fit in this washer,our clothes come out clean every time and we have been able to use the quick cycle for 99% of our loads saving even more on water and energy. I highly recommend this washer to anybody who is looking to get a great deal and a high quality product, my only word of caution is if you are very short you might have a hard time reaching down into the cavernous area for your clothes when it is time to put them in the dryer.

I like this washer! Large capacity, very quiet, lots of settings. I like the clear lid, I can see what's going on! Only problem is that I'm 5'1" and I can just barely reach the bottom. Would recommend!
