I love this product, very efficient, works well for the price, it gives you the majority of features as the expensive counterpart, they are various settings you can use, you are even able to wash bedspreads. Happy with this purchase

easy to install and operate. washes everything you throw at it. if samsung is reading this... it would be cool to have a few user presets programmed toa button. just a opulent request so i don't developer a callus on my finger :)

Really glad I bought this washing machine. My old one broke and I was forced to buy a new one. After much research online and in person, I chose this Samsung. Love the slow closing clear lid and how it locks when a wash is in progess. Also love that there's no agitator taking up room in the drum. Very modern with great technology. I picked it up at the store and hooked it up myself with no problems. So far, very happy.

Lots of room. Several fine tuned settings or you can set it to automatic.

I love my new washer, it has a lot of room for comforters and bedding. No more tangling under an agitator, it's wonderful. Easy to use, self balancing, and great features makes this washer my all time favorite washer I've ever owned!

I'm confident this machine could handle up to 4 people, but it handles the load of the two of us each week. Perfect size and multiple options available. It also sings a cute little song when it is done with its cycle :)

I really like all the choices this washer allows for different types of laundry and I like the music it plays when the laundry is done. We did have a problem a couple times with the clothes having soap left on them after a wash and had to put the load through a second rinse, but that seems to have resolved. Other than that, it's been the best washer I've ever owned.

This was a replacement for the old washing machine from a recall (due to the lids exploding when on the bedding cycle). So, its essentially the same exact washer that I previously had and that I'm used to. Same comments would apply to this model (but that i was fully aware of prior to getting this machine to replace it, nothing obviously too big of a hurdle to prevent me from getting this one, but for those looking - it may be a make it or break it item). You cannot undo the high efficiency part -- basically, I would love it if you could force the use of more water, but you are not able to with this model. And, it takes FOREVER (i believe due to the fact that is 'efficient' and uses little water )-- but seriously, some loads end up taking over 2 hours to complete. It may start off with '75 minutes' - but I've noticed occasionally the time will actually INCREASE or not move at all. Granted, if its needed to do longer to get the clothes clean then I understand, but just don't expect to knock out a lot of laundry quickly with this machine. I usually do laundry on a day or every other day basis simply due to the fact it takes SO LONG to run a cycle. So, I'll start a load in the morning when I leave for work, and then swap out and can do a load when I get home from work. Feels like I'm always doing laundry (family of 4 so I know I have a lot), but it does take a while to get loads done

For this not being the largest washing machine, it has a lot of room since the agitator is at the bottom. It cleans really well and doesn't require much soap. It is a little noisier than other brand new washing machines but the amount of room and efficiency make up for it.

I was in the market for a new washer being that my older washer went out. The design of the washer is what caught my eye. I like that it doesn't have an agitator and it's easy to use. I don't like that you cannot pick the water level and it takes too long to wash one load.

Time to make change to wash all our sheets, clothes, blankets, etc. The Samsung 4.5 CF handles more in less time and quietly too! Great machine. Great price with th 35% off sale, PLUS interest free. Can’t go wrong

I read several reviews before purchasing this washer. I was skeptical because of the bad reviews. But, there were tons more good reviews than bad so I took a chance. I really love this washer. I've had it for about a month now and haven't experienced any issues I read about. It cleans well and I don't think its noisy like some say. People complained about the music/chimes when load is finished but I like it. It is a deep washer and I'm short so I have to stand on toes to get all clothes at bottom. I think the washer can be lowered but just don't find it necessary to do that. You wash a HUGE load at one time. So, now I have to buy a dryer to match because my current dryer is too small. I'm still going to purchased the Geek Squad warranty because anything can go wrong with any product. Its only $60 for 3 years.

Replaced an LG front loaded. This washer is perfect. Simple controls do exactly what you need. Clothes come out clean as expected. Do not have to worry about our clothes getting that front loader mildew. Just perfect.

Our old washing machine kicked the bucket. We decided to get a large capacity one,...and it's awesome. We can now wash our king sized covers that we could not before. No complaints with this so far, everything comes out clean!
