Works amazingly! Lots of room for big load and does amazing with our bed sheets and comforter! Definitely recommend.

i read several reviews before purchasing this washer. even though there were some concerns, i continued to buy this. it is very modern looking. only problem is, it takes a long time to complete one load of wash, but i guess that is how all new washers are now.

We are very pleased with this washer. It works so well and does so many things our 16 year old washer didn't. It was easy to install and easy to learn how to use it. It has many features that are valuable. One though that we enjoy is the feet that grip the surface, and keeps it exactly where you place it.

Super quiet with a huge capacity that has exceeded expectations! The variety of cycles is also an excellent feature. A+++

First new washer in 10 years. Still trying to get used to the settings and the fact there is no agitator in the middle. Seems to clean well though.

Has to replace my old washer that leaks. This one is much better in cleaning clothes and great balance. Motor-drum sound is minimal but the pump sound is loud once it has less water to suck out.

Works well, runs smoothly, only sounds when finished which is helpful but you can turn this option off if prefer.

Easy to use. Seems to handle heavy loads - 6 pairs of Jeans without a problem, (It's only been two weeks ) Spins clothes very dry

So far so good. Samsung had a previous recall but this washer came after and has the fixes already. Pretty simple to use and quiet!

I returned 2 Whirlpools because of the violent vibrations in the spin cycle, even the model with Vibration Reduction feature & was recommended Samsung. I chose this model because I am only 5' tall & could not reach the bottom of machine on the larger sized model. I am able to reach the bottom on this one. I love it! It balances the load before the wash, the clothes come out not very wet so they don't take long to dry. It runs quietly and it looks very nice too!

We are pleased with this purchase and the ease of use. It is so quiet, you forever that it is washing clothes.
