I guess the high-efficiency portion of this washer is trying to save water. When you start a load it spins it around for a few minutes to judge the weight of the articles that you are washing and then fills it with the appropriate amount of water it calculates. Unfortunately if your washing a lighter items the tub doesn't even fill up with enough water to get everything wet. I have to start the wash cycle, turn the washer off, then turn the washer back on. It will drain the water from the first load and remeasure the weight of the articles of clothing you are washing. Only then will it fill with enough water to get all of your clothes wet. This doesn't seem very efficient to me. As you can see with the attached photo most of the laundry is above the waterline. I don't see how my clothes are getting clean if they're not even in the water

I like it because of less noisy and better performance. Great quaility for good price.

This washer uses less water, seems to get the clothes clean and is quiet. The wash cycles are significantly longer than any washer I've ever had and the tub is so deep that I wonder if shorter people could reach the tub bottom without stepping on a stool. It is frustrating that the top locks when starting, so if you forget an item or two and try to throw them in, the wash cycle starts over again. No leaks so far. I don't know why the top is see through since it is so opaque you can't see through it. I like the little song it plays to let you know the wash is done.

It's so quiet , best washer I ever had. Holds a queen size comforter . Don't have to worry about a Agitator Tearing it up. Can wash a small load without wasting water. Spins clothes out dry enough to dry quickly.

We needed to replace a 10 year old washer for our family of three and didn’t have a very high budget. We wanted high efficiency and so far this has been great. Definitely uses less water and although it takes longer, clothes spend less time in the dryer. This machine is so quiet that my wife often will check to make sure it’s still on.

So far so good. It is quiet, simple to use and large. Only complaint is that is very tall and I am not. I fee like I am going to tip into it when retrieving wet clothes to put in the dryer.

This machine has a great capacity for our needs. After trying other machines, this one is much quieter than other brands and does an excellent job at cleaning the clothes. We're very satisfied with our purchase

I have been very pleased with this washer. I changed from a front-load to a top-load. Large tub allows for larger loads, but it will not accommodate a king-sized comforter. One reason I chose this model was because I could reach the clothes in the bottom. A larger capacity model was too deep because I am only 5’3” tall.

This washer is quiet and the perfect size for a large load of laundry

I have had this machine for about two months and so far, am very happy with it. The drum is huge and though some people say it's not big enough to handle a comforter, I have not had a problem fitting large items. The only problem I have (and it is minor) is that it's hard for me to reach the bottom because I am short!

The washer woks well as intended. We were debating whether to get a top-loaded or front -loaded machine, and then find out some new cloth made in polyester will float on top of the water with the top-loaded machine. Will get a front-loaded washer next time. Works well with cotton or regular cloth. The alarm sounds like an ice cream truck - very fun.

The products are amazing how ever the installation guys installed the machines and I couldn’t close my utility room door and they wouldn’t fix it said the machine was bigger than my previous and the doors needed to be removed and for me to just put a curtain. After they left I did it my self in 10 minutes and the doors closed not thanks to them.
