This washer holds very large loads. It’s our first experience with high efficiency and the longer length of cycles was surprising. I also think I have to chang the type of soap we have been using as I don’t feel that our clothes have been getting as clean. We love the different cycles and options and that it doesn’t have the middle oscillator.

I purchased this washer because mine just wouldn't work anymore. It has so many different cycles and is a pretty decent size. We're a family of 4 so it washes anything from blankets to the small stuff. I usually spend a lot on dry cleaning but I use the delicate cycle and it saves me money and time.

I have been pleased with this product for the short time I have owned it. Very quiet and fits the space provided. I’m still adjusting to using less detergent and it not having an agitator.

Excellent washer. It's very quiet washer. Motor makes a whoost hump noise when working, which kinda surprised me at first. I came from an old front load washer so I was used to the old mechanical noise. Over all its an excellent unit. Make sure you folliw the instruction and calibrate ut before use.

I wasnt sure I would like a washer that did not have a agitator.But this washer can do big loads as well as small loads. It runs very quiet and the clothes are really clean.

Both washer and dryer are easy to use, quiet and very compact! This was my first washer and dryer purchase and I would recommend them to anyone who is purchasing their first appliance!

Love the ease of using the washer. The space is wonderful for large bedding. Love the way it adjust according to the amount in the tub of the washer and quiet working of the equipment

This washer has a large capacity, gets clothes cleaned. It has a nice chime when it's done. No more worries about mold and smells from the front loading washers

I love the quietness of my new washing machine, the quality, and cleanliness of my clothing, the fact that the machine does not have the bar in the middle which to me restricts the effectiveness of washing your clothes, and the beautiful chime it plays to alert me that the wash is completed.

I'm not convinced that it performs better than my previous washer with the center agitator. I haven't had any issues with the auto load balancer preventing loads from starting, but I do believe the lack of an agitator is not getting my clothes as clean as they used to be. I've run about 40 cycles through this machine already.

Saves water and laundry soap. Cleans great, quiet.

Our family has been a Maytag patron for years, until our last H/E washer broke down on us a little after the warranty expired. How ironic! Anyway the drum on the old washer was not as stable and quiet as this Samsung washer. Who knew Samsung would make such wonderful washers!

Couldn’t really ask for more, especially for the price. It’s very spacious, quiet, and easy to use. The self cleaning feature is pretty awesome too. Highly recommend.

People who are critical of the water level don’t know how an he washer works. We love it. So quiet, holds a lot, and easier to use than a front loader.

My mother loves her new washing machine. The separate compartments for detergent and fabric softener in the rear. It is quieter than her last machine and runs smoother. It makes an audioable sound when finished, which is a great reminder for her if she is busy cleaning.

So far, so good. We've had the machine for about a month. After purchasing, I had heard reviews of leaking during the Deep wash cycle. We have not had this problem at all. Issue must have been resolved through Samsung. With a larger family, the extra capacity is nice.

Holds a lot of laundry and works great. Has lots of easy to understand options to help you wash odd items better. The biggest problem for me is the automatically locking lid, making it harder to add last minute items, or rinse anything off first. Also, while it isn't a problem for me, shorter people might have trouble reaching stuff in the bottom. Not only is it slightly taller than my older washing machine, but also deeper as well. Despite these minor complaints, I would definitely recommend this if you're in the market for a new washing machine.

Excellent high efficiency cleaning. Clear and easy to understand controls.Quiet in most stages of wash. One drawback: If you are vertically challenged (say, below 5'5") try it out. before purchase; washing tub is quite deep and may be hard to reach to the bottom.

It's a washer, it has some bells and whistles, I love the lack of an agitator, no more untangling mangled delicates from vlad the agitator. It has several options to choose from and is so easy to use. Just don't try to wash any sort of sheet with any other types of clothing, it will absolutely encompass several if not almost all other items and inhibit the cleaning process. It's like the Accord of laundry machines, not too outrageously priced, but will run true and for as long as is maintained well.
