This is a great machine. I loved almost everything about it. I have only found one problem with it. I previously had only purchased top loading machines with a central agitator. I have used front loaders and loved them, but where my hook ups are, I find the front loader would be difficult. Since so many machines are now front loaders, and most of the top loaders do not have the center agitator; I went with this machine which still is the top loader I need, but without the agitator. I like the extra space I seem to have in the tub. I do have a recurring issue though. I put each item in, one at a time, and then when I start the machine it will some times get unbalanced. I have checked, and it is perfectly leveled, but somehow when the machine is first starting, as it is moving the clothes around before filling to determine how much water to use, it creates a section of the tj void of clothing. This means that when it starts to try to spin, it will be unbalanced, displaying a "UB" on the display. I love the machine overall; it does a great job and everything seems cleaner. It is just a bit frustrating that I have to stand there for the a couple of minutes until the water goes I to ensure that the clothes stay balanced. If I walk away, it always seems to happen, where as if I stay only 2 out of 7 loads will need to be adjusted before the water starts to fill to avoid a balance issue later on.

The washer operation is quiet, but the water pouring into the bin is a little loud. Not a problem, just have to get use to the sound. Cleans the clothes well and the low profile agitator is very nice!

These Samsung laundry products are amazing, energy efficient and good looking. Thanks so much for the continued support and the 18 months financing program really best fit our needs. I would recommend anyone to purchase their appliances at Best Buy. In my case Best Buy had better offerings and prices compared to Lowe's and Home Depot. I don't think I will ever go back to these last 2 mentioned stores even again to get brand new appliances. Thanks for everything. Look forward to getting my new refrigerator next Tuesday

Our old washer bit the dust and we wanted something that can hold more and wash better since we have a baby on the way. I have washed clothes, blankets, towels, etc and everything comes out clean and smelling wonderful. There are lots of settings on the washer to get the wash the way you'd like. It plays a song when it is done to let you know the wash is done and also shows how long the wash will take and counts down as well. There are ways to check this on your phone too if you aren't home. I feel spoiled after having such a nice washer and paying a low price for it.

This washer is excellent. It offers a number of different options and washes clothes very well. The washer is very quiet, easy to use and looks great too.

This washing machine is one step up from what I had. Works well & is easy to use. There are plenty of settings to choose from but I chose the Normal setting. Gets the job done quickly & even more quickly if you choose the "quick wash" option. Never had a problem after using for one year.

This washer has proven to be great. Affordable, easy to use and quiet. My girlfriend is so impressed, she insists on buying one for our other house.

I was not sure about this washer at first. It did not seem to use as much water as I thought it needed. But to my surprise, the clothes, whether a small load or large load, come out clean. I judge by how white the socks are, and they are bright white.

I read all the reviews and mostly good and some about leaking. I talked to the sales person and they ensured this was a great product and I decided to take a chance and I even went over about the recalls on Samsung washers and again asked about it and they said that was on the older models. So I know sales people will tell you anything to sell sometimes but I felt the trust so I bought it and I never had a washer without the rotator but I am hear to tell you I love this washing machine, it is quiet, washes great, saves and only uses what it needs for water. Just love it

This is an amazing washer. I love it. It is quiet and gentle on the clothes while strong enough to clean even the worst of the dirty clothes. It is so much better than any front loader and will outlast any front loader as well. I simply love it.

I bought this washer after reading several wonderful reviews and a few bad ones. This washer is very efficient and QUIET. I love that it doesn't shake my entire house when it spins (my old one did). My clothes smell fresher, longer after washing. The only thing I have problems with is leaking. I read reviews that said the washer leaked on the heavy cycle. Mine leaks LOTS on the heavy cycle and just leaks on the regular cycles. What is it about this washer that causes leakage? Please address this issue. I would have given the washer a 5 star rating otherwise. Now I have to get a plumber to find out how to stop the leaking. Bought this washer to save money. Not a happy camper.

I've had this for about a month now. Beautiful set. Only advice is you don't want to fill the washer too full (which it's easy to do) Because we found without the agitator some of the clothes are not being submerged in the water and washed completely. Otherwise I love them!!!

This washer has a lot of settings and is easy to use. The basin's big enough to handle large loads. Does its job well for a good price.

I purchased this washer when it was on sale. The main reason I decided on this washer was because I wanted a top-loading washer without an agitator and this unit met that requirement. My wife wears aprons for her work and central agitators would often catch her apron strings causing problems with our previous washer. While we had a few issues with Best Buy's installers installing this unit correctly, the washer itself has worked wonderfully since they corrected the mistakes they originally made.

This was a replacement to a Whirlpool... I told my wife then she should have went with Samsung, but five years later, here we are with one now. It is a very quiet washing machine and handles well... no complaints at all with it.

I love my new washing machine! It is so quite. More settings, love the heavy duty/waterproof setting. Also likes that it alerts you when it is time to run the self cleaning cycle. My son loves to use it and now does his own laundry!
