The washer being replaced could have been made on a Monday!! But the Geek Squad Protection plan kicked in and is handling the replacement!! GET THE PROTECTION PLAN!!!!!

I have never been disappointed in any of their products. This washer is light years ahead of my previous Samsung washer. The most noticeable feature is the time it takes per wash. Cuts the time virtually in half.

I read many reviews on a lot of different washers, trying to figure out what was important to me and what others experianced with their own washer. I went to the store and liked what I saw. I'm glad I chose this washer. I love Samsung products.

My home is a new and large home and you can still hear it and feel it from the second floor and from rooms far from the laundry that is located in first floor.my old 14 years old washer did not have such noise.
