Bought this washer to replace old washer and to match the dryer. Works well, and being able to add items mid-wash is also a great feature. I always miss a few socks lying around that I'm able to quickly throw in there.

We’ve had this unit for about four months now. Overall a great product. A bit pricy, but with the options and tech you get for the price, I’d say it’s worth it.

Best washer we have ever bought . We didn’t know if we would like them stacked but it adds so much more room in our utility area . Would definitely buy this again !!!!

We bought this for our new home and it has been great. It also has this neat feature when paired with Samsung smart things where in it will notify you to run the auto clean cycle for the drum.

This is a great machine it's amazing so worth it..it plays music when wash is done..so many setting to choose from I suggest use with tide or gain he soap this machine has gotten so many stains outs ..10 all around must buy..

Great washer! Make sure to get the adapter to be able to connect it WIFI. I put clothes in when I go to work and start the machine on my way home and its done by the time I arrive.

The Washer was to replace another that we had that could not be repaired in a timely manner. We enjoyed the first work horse that we simply went back in get another.

Great machine - quiet and solid feeling. I can put a lot more laundry in this equipment than my old top loader.

Great replacement for 13 year old Samsung frontloader. Impresed by the short washing cycles. My only complaint is the amount of resistence encountered with the buttons for customize settings.

didnt change my wassher before because the old one was still running,,top loading whirlpool he detergent ,( 7year old, this is front loading) , we changed it because we got a good price and we are now surprised: I guess that with new technology has a much better performance,,, it does have a lot of program options,, too many,, that i dont think we will ever use. like most people , we stick with one or two programs, it is a world of diference form the basic wirpool -old style washers.

After just 1 wash my old flat towels were like new again. The add wash door is completely useless as it locks and must be stopped to open which completely defeats the purpose of it. The washer runs quietly and does a great job of cleaning.

Wonderful set! My water bill has been cut in half. Only complaint is that stacking them causes them to be so tall i can't see the dryer buttons. (I am 5' 7")

I have had the washer for two weeks now and have used it several times. I am enjoying this washer. It is really easy to use, with its intuitive design of the interface (though reading the manual that comes with the machine is always recommended), and it can easily handle a ten-day load of clothes for two people. With the extended warranty, I intend to use this washer for years to come. In that way, it is a machine worth investing (and the white one was cheaper than the gray/black one).

Love this washing machine and the extra door to put forgotten items. The only annoying thing is that the sound it makes when the washing machine finishes plays way too long and there is no way to shorten it.

This washer has more than you will ever need. Can not believe how much different and better it cleans clothes than my old ones !

Bought this as a replacement for a washer that was continually getting louder. First front loading washer ever purchased. Great features and cycles to handle any type of washing we need. Highly recommended.

We previously owned a front loader and dryer from Samsung that we sold as part of our former residence. With that familiarity, I was interested in the newest range of products from Samsung. I felt the price and service we got through Best Buy and Pacific Sales were very good. My only problem has been the rebate program through Samsung. We should have gotten $200-300 back from Samsung, but their program and customer service has been extremely poor. No follow-up at all after many phone calls. Otherwise I would have given the products a higher rating.
