I am a bit bummed that it and its companion dryer are do tall. I bought them as stackables and I am short and can't see the dial on the dryer

Overall great value If purchased on sale.

I bought the pedestal to go with it and for me, it's very easy to load and unload. The controls are pretty much self explanatory. Very satisfied !
