Bought this model because of the extended feature set - it has delicate, and super delicate (wool) cycles, extra rinse, steam and sanitary cycles, and ample choices to customize cycles. Like every other machine on today's market, this one does not have the option for a warm rinse - a feature I had and used on three previous washers over the past three decades. Alas.... The "add an item" mini-door has come in handy. It is very quiet.

After the bearing went out on our old washer we researched consumer reports to find this a solid purchase.

The add-in window for last min clothes is nice considering it’s a front loader

We love this washer as it is a big step up. The quick add feature is rarely used but was cheaper to buy this model as BB was matching Costco’s price. I wouldn’t pay extra for this feature. My only complaint is you are forced to by the pedestal as front loaders are so low. I didn’t budge and will attempt to build my one platform for a fraction of the price.

After using an old top loader this washing machine is a real treat. Clothes come out very clean and well spun out so drying time is less. Very little soap is needed. There are many cycle options which I find very handy. My biggest adjustment has been to the longer cycle times of a front loader. The only thing I don't care for is that I can't see the wash through the glass door but that may be due to my dark laundry room.

I love my Samsung washer! Use less water and detergent! Clothes come out clean!

Able to fit a large load which for my family is super convenient. Love the speed option, too. You have to leave the washer door open after you run a cycle so it won't get a funky smell inside, though. Also one time after a load was finished the door wouldn't unlock, even after turning the machine off and on. I had to run a short rinse and spin cycle and then after that was done I was able to open the door. Otherwise it's super reliable and easy to use.

After my last front loader, I almost bought a top loading machine this time. But, based on the reviews, I took a chance and am really glad I did. The cleaning ability of this machine is phenomenal. I have no complaints and am glad I bought this machine. My only concern is that I haven't gotten the add-on item door to work. I'm guessing I can only add items during certain cycles, but need to read the manual.

I just wished I had paid more attention to my laundry closet. The washer is on the right side and this washer door opens to the left, so it is right in between the washer and dryer. Because it has the Addwash door, it cannot be flipped over. So, in hindsight, I wish I hadn't gotten the Addwash feature so I could reverse the opening of the door.

The steam and quick wash is a great feature on this model. It is quiet and does a great job.

We read a ton of reviews before deciding on this washer. We got a discount from samsung on this since we had a recalled top load. We weren't happy with the way that cleaned the clothes at all, and almost got a classic agitation type washer. Since day one, we have been amazed at the cleaning capabilities of this machine. Add wash has already come in handy. Have not tried steam yet, but so far we have zero complaints.

This is an amazing washing machine. It's quiet and efficient. We love the add wash feature.

Replacement seems to work well Geek Squad extended warranty is well worth it especially on Samsung

Sadly washing machines are not built to last anymore, so we had to replace our old Kenmore washer due to a blown motor. This new Samsung is quieter, seems to wash clothes faster, and having the ability to add to a load if you miss a sock or a towel is a great feature! It doesn't match our dryer, but until that one no longer functions, we have a mismatched pair.
