It was metal not plastic like my last washer. Plenty of settings to do your job. Good value with the SC Gas rebate program.

The machines came Before the pedestals and the "team" that installed DO NOT, REPEAT DID NOT INSTALL THE NEW DRYER VENT HOSE OR THE NEW NEW WATER HOSES!!

Our previous Samsung washer practically dried the load to a damp touch. Tried every wash cycle and same results.

This washer is the best I have ever used. have not used the speed wash feature yet because it does not take long on a regular cycle. having it connected to the internet allow me to not have to go and check if the cycle is done, the app tells me.

I didn't mind the dent that the washer had, it was more that they installers never asked us if we wanted the doors inverted. Overall great machines.

The only drawback at this time is that with heavy loads the door bangs. No leaks but I never seen on do that before. Decent for the lower cost though. I got the bronze set and it is really pretty for a washer.
