There is an app for iPhone users as well which is great to use but the app gives you access to control how much rinse power, water temp and etc.

Only issue was delivery, Best Buy likes to lie about not being to delivery in the middle of nowhere. It has happened 3 times in a row where they cancel the delivery the day of. Say the product was damaged, but have it in stock in the store.

However the technician who installed the unit in my home didn't check if the water lines were clear. 4 days into owning the machine starting gushing water through the drain. A good amount of water had collected inside the washer tub!!. I called Samsung Tech Support and they were useless. They couldn't determine what was causing this draining. I read up and had to drain the machine from the bottom and clean the washer filter. It's been all good since.
