Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I hate to even have to say anything negative about Samsung's products but this washer has not met my expectations and has even left little oil deposit spots on some of my clothing, on top of that it doesn't was as quietly as my previous over 10 year old LG washer. I had to have their technician come out twice which is them creating a monopoly because I requested a second oponion and they send the same person out to tell me its fine. Sorely disappointed in this machine and Samsung's customer service. I reported these issues not even 3 weeks from receiving it and they refuse to homor my request to take it back and have made it their agenda to make sure I'm stuck with it whether it works correctly or not.

We would have to wash 1 basket of towels in 4 loads. With this washer I can wash that same basket in 1 load. It fits my comforters perfectly. Had it less than 2 months but so far so good

Thrilled we could go pick it up at the warehouse as our washer had fried that morning! Heavy unit but with a couple friends we got it off the truck, unpacked & installed in under two hrs!

We have alot of animals including our kids who spend a lot of time outdoors getting dirty. The steam sanitize function has blown me away in its ability to remove all orders and stains from our animals and young kiddos!!
