    I do not think I have had clean clothes before this washer. My clothes are just so much cleaner. My only complaint is that I wish the doors on the washer and dryer opened in the opposite direction. It would make transferring clothes so much easier.

    Best Buy delivery service is the worst! First appointment for delivery they said they knocked on my door? Liars! I was home all day! Rescheduled delivery and delivery team said we can’t install not enough room! I had the exact same size LG stackable in the space for 10 years that is even 1 inch deeper then the Samsung Best Buy was supposed to install and wouldn’t even try! I CALLED AND CANCELED ORDER THAT SAME DAY YET ITS STILL SHOWING ON MY CARD! PLEASE REMOVE CANCELED PURCHASE FROM MY Best Buy credit card! HOME DEPOT WILL BE DELIVERING AND INSTALLING SAME MACHINE! Thanks for wasting my time ! Never again

    Spider Arm problem RUN!!!

    Delivered in July gave out in September the washer loudly spins and bangs once warranty fixes it I’m selling it and getting a GE I should Have never switched from GE to begin with I had that front loader since dinosaurs walked and it still worked but know I wanted Rose gold and now my GE washer is being used by some looky family and I’m sitting here looking at my Samsung washer tap dance off the second floor of my home

    Very LOUD!

    This washing machine washes everything just fine. But it is even louder during the spin cycle than my old machine. It is super load and makes banging, knocking noises that carries throughout the entire home. For this reason, I do not recommend it.

    Feels professional, but the WiFi is useless

    Caught this on a black Friday deal for $700, and I must say I'm very glad. It is extremely thorough, clean, and good at what it does. Though the WiFi features are wholly useless considering you have to interact with the device, so being able to control it at distance isn't helpful.

    Unbalanced Washer but washes good!

    I was really looking forward to using this washer and all its features. Sadly after only one month of use, has it been constantly unbalanced, vibrates and is super loud. It has been leveled and we always makes sure it is not overloaded with clothes but even at that. It should not do this after only one month. We had Geek Squad come out, they checked everything and found no issues that it was leveled. Only suggested to reach out to Samsung directly. Now past the return window with Best But and stuck with an unbalanced washer that is loud. Don’t get me wrong it washes clothes but for the price we paid it shouldn’t be. Hopefully Samsung support can make it right and fix it.

    Mechanical issues, delayed service. Do not buy!

    Have already had several problems with this machine within the first month of purchase. I own a PT clinic and we use the washing machine daily. The door locks automatically and does not open. We have had to have the maintenance team from Samsung come for service repairs 3 times and each time, it takes them a week to make an appointment and in the mean time my staff has to go to a laundromat to get laundry done. Has been a headache. I do not recommend this washing machine at all.

    I am not pleased with this purchase at all. I've had it less than 3 months and the service technicians have been out twice only to tell me everything is fine. However, it's still knocking every time I put a load in the washer. I've changed to settings from normal, to towels, to quick wash to bedding. Added more clothes, added fewer clothes. Same thing each times it drains and spins...Beware!!

    Love the smart washer and dryer. Only issue was the 4” gas hose wasnt long enough and had to go out an purchase another. However as far as the set it works great and love the integration with Google Nest/Home.

    This machine works pretty good and connects with wi-fi, but I’m not agree that it’s come without the hoses for water, and the dryer was a joke comes with a 8 inch hose, the good thing is the double connector (splitter). 5 starts but one less for it!!

    Purchased this washer June 2022. Makes a loud noise during spin. Basically sounds like a 20lb weight is in there. After hours of troubleshooting and talking/video chatting with Samsung tech support we found out the washer repair out weights the cost of a new one…. 1 year manufacturer warranty makes since because Samsung knows this washer is terrible.

    WARNING!! DO NOT BUY. Samsung appliances are the worst. This machine is so smart, its dumb. It does not work. Bought in Aug 2022 and just had the 2nd tech come out to see why water enters and then leaves out. Washing the clothes with no water in it. The explanation that was given is you can't wash shirts and pants together, you have to mix the right clothing so it can be balance, etc. Shoes and comforters has to go to the laundromat. There's no simple washing with this machine. Don't buy, but if you do, pay attention and return before the return date expires and you have to deal with the warranty department that tries not to replace it.

    Unreliable but beautiful

    This is a beautiful machine and when it works it is great, but the failure on these machines seems to be total and a known issue to Samsung. The weights break free and in my case tore a hole in the tub. At this moment I will reserve my opinion of the warranty program with Samsung and Best Buy but at the moment not impressed. I hope my opinion changes as at this moment I buy all my appliances through Best Buy.

    This is the third washer of its kind. All under warranty had to be replaced. It's pretty in color and style but has no longevity. First the electronic controller, then the main gasket. When they delivered the third washer, it was seriously dented. It took a lot of LONG phone calls to fix this. I won't buy Samsung anything going forward.

    I’ve had this dryer barely 2 years and all of a sudden the drum starts banging around during the spin cycle and then it stops, I go to check it out and it appears the drum broke and fell or the bearings broke. I’m told repairing it would be more than just replacing it! I paid $1600 for it, I feel so cheated, so I guess I have to but a whole new one but never again Samsung!

    Better make sure you have the right parts. It doesn’t come with the mounting kit. It doesn’t come with the proper cords and trying to get them is almost impossible.
