The washer is great so far! It’s been a few weeks since Best Buy came out to install. It gets our clothes really clean with no streaking, excessive water, etc. Real nice, sheek design too!

It's okay for the price but I'm not confident it's going to last more than a few years. From a looks perspective it's a 10! There isn't much insulation around the drum so it sounds pretty loud on my tile floor. The feature I like the most is the ability to choose a more dialed in water temperature. It lets you choose a temp level so you have more choices than cold/warm/hot. I also love the blue lights and the little songs it plays. Yes, it's gimmicky but anything that brings enjoyment to a mundane chore is welcome!

Bought this supposedly new, open box washing machine that lasted about 5 washings over 2 weeks. By then it was shaking so bad the neighbors could hear it and it shook the whole house. Of course Best Buy said it was past their warranty by time we called and referred it to Samsung. Found out it was unfixable, broken weight and bolts. Best Buy should have taken it back for refund or credit but Nooo! Will not be buying major appliances or possibly anything else there again. Took 2 months for Samsung to take action. Not a happy camper!!

Your washer will vibrate and make some noise, but it should be barely noticeable. If your washer is shaking violently, ensure the shipping bolts are removed for the front load model. A level floor and washer will help reduce shaking, too. Give the washer space for rattling or clanging noises, and check for loose metal items inside. Turning clothes inside out can reduce noise from buttons and zippers. And finally, if you hear squeaking or squealing, turn your washer off and request service.

The buttons on the front panel of the washer are smearing/peeling off. I contacted Samsung explaining to them what the issue is with photos and they sent a tech over who came by and took the same photos and said Samsung will not address. This appears to be a known issue and I guess in while the entire front panel will not have any buttons and it will get totally wiped out. Very disappointed in the way Samsung has addressed this issue, wasted my time and did not do anything for this issue.

I've had more problems with this washer than any cheaper one I've ever used.
First the door lock stopped working so I couldn't wash anything, which I had to call and wait a few days for it to come be fixed under warranty.
The front seal of the door always has a leak, every single wash cycle.
Now, conveniently it started leaking out the front of the washer of all places. Right after my warranty ran out too for the added smack in the face.
Do yourself the favor and skip on a Samsung washer, it's just not worth the hassle.

The washer is malfunctioning. Wasn’t this supposed to be a brand new washer? Why is it malfunctioning? The washer keeps going on self cleaning.

If your washer enters self-cleaning mode, it usually indicates that you have completed 40 wash cycles. This self-cleaning feature helps prevent the buildup of residue and odor-causing bacteria, keeping your washer drum fresh. We recommend running the self-cleaning cycle once a month or every 40 cycles.
