Not really a fan of samsung because there customer service is trash so hopefully i dont need them . Ive had this washer for about 2 weeks now and like the first comment says its a little deaper than you expect. I sometimes us a stool to get small items off the bottom .no biggie there . Im short and it was $600 and it washed better than my last maytag . so thankful to have deap fill with this thing so little water is used in these new machines they dont really clean your clothes. Our clothes are smelling better than they have in awhile

I purchased this washer to replace my front-loading Samsung washer that was 10 years old after it flooded my home. I was hesitant to purchase a top-load washer because I hadn't had one in nearly 20 years, but I was done with front-loaders.
I'm impressed that this washer gets our clothes so clean! I believe that the agitator makes a huge difference.
I am a little sad that this model does not have a Super Speed feature like my old one, and I should have looked to make sure that it did before I purchased it. That particular feature is PRICELESS and I miss it terribly, so I deducted a star for that.
I'm also a little sad that the cycles are approximately 20% longer than my old washer - but that may very well explain why our clothes are cleaner.
Personally, I do have trouble reaching the bottom, but it may be because I have tiny T-Rex arms =)
I've only had this washer about 2 weeks, but I'm overall impressed with it. It is sleek and shiny... for now and it has a smaller footprint than my old one, which makes for more room in my laundry room, which is nice.

It works well. doesn't spin the clothes out quite as good as my old machine but i am overall pleased.
I like the pleasing sound it plays when it is finished.

Great product for the Price. It takes a little longer to wash my clothes than the last washer that I had, but holds a large capacity and washes thoroughly.

Excellent choice for the washer and it runs quietly with multiple options to select from depending on laundry needs. One of the best buys for your money.

This washing machine is huge! I am 5 feet tall and I had to buy tongs to reach the bottom! But that’s OK I have no problem adapting. It pretty much does anything you needed to do effectively quietly the way it needs to. I have no complaints and I have used it for almost a year.
Does a great job of spin drying clothes. Huge tub.

The main reason I purchased this washing machine is that our old front loading machine did a horrible job of spin drying the clothes. My electric dryer often took hours to dry a single load since the clothes were so wet. This one looked like it would do a good job of that.
The second reason is that I wanted a machine with an adjustable water level. I was tired of using water saving machines only to have to use a second rinse because they leave too much soap in the clothes, or them simply not getting things clean enough.
On the first point, this washer does incredible. It does the best spinning I have ever seen, and our laundry gets dry in a fraction of the time it used to take.
The water level however is annoying. If you wait with washing till you have a hamper full, you'll just want to use the extra high level, even though it may seem like more water than you need. The regular high level is way down in the tub and does not cover what I consider a medium size load. Clothes stick out several inches and don't get pulled under by the agitator during its normal movement. Also, the auto water height selector does not pick a high enough water level even after calibrating. So for me the water level feature only works for small loads which I almost never do, which is why I deducted a star.
Otherwise, I am quite happy with this washer. It washes more clothes than any other washer I have ever owned, still getting them clean and spun dry. It has all the basic settings I use, along with nice pre-wash options. It's nice to be able to check your laundry through the glass lid, and be able to pause it to fix any issues. I would recommend it, so long as saving water is not your primary objective.
