We bought this combination unit to replace our 10+ year old Samsung Washer and Dryer. The Best Buy team brought it to the house and installed it within 48 hours of the purchase. It’s a great unit. Easy to use with controls for both devices in the vertical center of the device. This is important, as my wife is not a tall woman and she can now easily see the control panel. The wash and dry cycles are configurable and it is internet enabled. The only frustration I had with it was the registration and WiFi setup. Everything else about it has been a breeze.

The double stack washer/dryer has worked well and with no issues. Its has performed up to the household needs. Has some issues with bigger blankets, but overall gets it cleaned. The dryer vent/lint thing works really well, which is needed in this multi-pet household. The knob and buttons are intuitive and easy to use, even switchign between the washer and dryer. The sound for a ctcle finished is loud and clear. I think you can choose between different sounds too.

Works great! The multi load detergent dispenser is really convenient. Nice having the controls between the two machines.

The dryer gets some moisture after using it. You have to take all the clothes right after it's done drying or else you're clothes will be all damp.

Came in to look for a stacking unit and found this. Exactly what i wanted. They work very well and i am enjoying them. I csn control it with an app too

No complaints. Love the large pre fill area for detergent and gets close really clean. Also recommend a cleaning cycle every 25 or so washes and that has helped a lot with reminding us to keep clean in.
