    The delivery drivers found a damaged dryer door when they unloaded the first wash tower so it never even came into our house. The replacement only produced boiling water on all heat settings.

    Terrible customer service. Rescheduled my whole day for installation and best buy cancelled without even letting me know. Supposedly they had to reschedule because unit was making a weird sound. They sent me a confirmation of my appointment the evening before!

    When it was delivered it was not working. Then the delivery team left it and we got a new one about two weeks later

    Just a little wide ☹️ unable to fit down the steps. I’m hurt. Mover say they will get charged if scratched and than returned. Please measure twice to make sure. I’m very sad.

    Failed to install laundry hub to upstairs room

    Delivery guys were not able to move laundry hub to upstairs laundry room. They tried to open it and move it two unit but couldnt do it.so they left me with option to refuse the delivery or install it in basement. I choose to refuse the delivery.
