We bought this for our new house and are very happy with it. The capacity is great and it does a great job of cleaning our clothes with little detergent. Also my pregnant wife is even able to reach and touch the bottom...big bonus for us.

Easy to use. Clothes are cleaner than with my old washer!

So far I love this washer. The tub is much larger than I expected. It holds a lot of laundry. Because the tub is so large, it is sometimes difficult to get small items at the bottom. The washer is also very quiet. You hardly know it is operating. Love the number and types of wash cycles. Had a GE Profile washer for 14 years and this is such a big step up. So far I have no complaints. Also love the music to indicate the wash is completed.

Great quality washer with a large capacity. Bought washer/dryer combo to upgrade my 7 year old machines, what a difference on the washing/cleaning. Quiet and efficient

This is a good product. It's not the Cadillac but a very good quality. Easy to use and quiet.

We have a house full of Samsung, all of it works great. It's very unfortunate that some people had serious problems with their washers, luckily we never did. The last one, not even a year old was recalled and as we never had a problem with it, we decided to get the same washer model. It does everything we need it to do and more. It has a huge tub that fits even big, bulky bedding. The clothes get clean. The controls and options are straighforward and easy to set for anything we need it to do - hot, cold, large, small, delicates, heavy duty. We have a laundry room with a door I close, so noise isn't an issue for us, but it seems about the same as any other washer we've had. In summary, so far, it's a great washer. We've only had the replacement for a few months, so I can't speak to its longevity. We sure hope Samsung survives the mess they're in. We love their products!

The best washer I've had. Top loading makes it easy to load and the whole thing is easy to operate. Has a great number of options to make sure your clothes/linens/etc. gets washed correctly. Perfect for washing a couple of blankets and comforters too which is great because now I don't have to go to a laundromat to find a washer big enough to fit everything.

Not sure why Best Buy doesn't advertise this washer more. Compared to the slightly lower priced version, it's a significantly better value. More features, more capacity, faster spin speed. What's not to like for only $50 more?

Had a new Samsung front loader, this is way better. Holds a lot of clothes, seems to wash them well, and you can reach all of them to get them out of the drum! All washers and dryers have 5x more cycle options that any living person needs, this one only has 3x :-)

This washing machine works great. I had an older Samsung model that broke randomly am I was very upset. I only had it for a couple years. I decided to give Samsung another chance and so far so good. It works way better than the previous model I bought in 2012. It's quieter and washes my clothes more efficiently. Maybe Samsung has finally got it right.

Fits so much in a single load. Cloths seem cleaner.

I love not having the agitator. Quiet, easy to use

I did not like my previous front loader washer. I like my new Samsung Aqua jet washer. It has a larger, deeper tub without an agitator. I can push a button and the lid unlocks for me to add a piece of clothing. The aqua jet lets water flow in several times during the wash and rinse cycle so all the clothes get washed. Although this washer has a plastic see through lid, I would prefer a metal lid.

Good product would suggest to all. Way quiter then my traditional washer checked several times to see if it was still working.

This is a very good washer. Very easy to use and does a nice job. I do wish the app was easier to use.

Very quiet. Controls are easy to use. Gets clothes cleaner than adjatator machine.

Deep tub, pleasant bells when finished with a cycle, overall quiet performance.
