I love the washer. It is very efficient and easy to use. It is gentle on clothes.

We moved into a new house not expecting to have to replace the W&D immediately. Unfortunately, that was the case and we found ourselves at Best Buy looking for the QUIETEST W&D we could find for outside our bedroom. This washer has surpassed my expectations. It is quiet (once you shut of the sound that some people here appear to like.. we didn't) and really cleans well. I'm happy we decided to spend a little more to get what we wanted.

This washer has a ton of space for large loads and is fairly quiet but a bit louder than expected.

A very good product that is feature rich. We especially like the digital display and the ease of use. The Best Buy salesperson was extremely helpful in suggesting that we check the measurements in our laundry room as she had customers with the same home model that we have experience issues. Fortunately for us the installation was seamless and the product fits well in our home

We have only had this washer for a month now so far we haven't had any issues .. I like the ease of use. The only draw back my wife says she has trouble reaching the bottom of the tub. And she is 5'8"

Cleans great and we have cut the number of loads in half. Very quiet washer.

Had washer about 1 month now and purchased for its mid range price and larger size to replace 10yr old GE washer. I Absolutely love it and the size of loads it takes in. It is very quiet and easy to use. I am short so its hard to reach the bottom barrel therefore i have a stepstool but husband has no issues. I wouldnt take off stars for my shortness. The delivery great (came earlier then expected ) and installation was quick within 10mins,also installers went over how to use. Definitely worth taking a look and considering for your home.

I love all the many settings. oh -- and it plays music too. No middle column and the tub is so big, I can't hardly reach the bottom. Great for large families and bedding. Also the fact that they install it free and take your old washer with them.

We just upgraded from a very, very old washer and dryer to this Samsung set. My wife loves it. It's efficient, super quiet, has all the different settings you could want, and it's big enough to wash our queen comforters. Great purchase.

I bought a 4.8 cf to replace a 4.5 cf similar washer made by Whirlpool that lasted 7 years.This machine looks great, is quiet and cleans well. I like that it holds my settings.. The problem is I bought it for the large capacity to wash comforters, sheets and towels, but it often becomes unbalanced if I use it for these items. (This did not happen with the smaller machine. ) Also the added depth makes it more difficult to get the small items at the bottom.

This washer is so easy and holds a lot of laundry. Washes perfectly.

We've had this machine for about a month and have had no issues with it. The capacity is fantastic and it auto senses the amount of water needed based on the load size. The only downside is that my wife is short, so she can't reach to the bottom of the washer with her feet on the ground.

Have had it about a month. Very quiet! Only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is that it seems to take awhile longer than a standard washer. Averages about 53 minutes to do a load of clothes.

I purchased this washer because the price was great and so were the reviews. I'm sure glad I did because this washer cleans amazing and is so fast! It has really cool auto sense technology and has so many options. I will say it's a little loud but not anything that's disruptive.

I was looking for a washer and never thought that I could afford a washer like this one. The best buy teammates were helpful in explaining the details of the washers I was looking at (old fashion ones) and then he showed me the Samsung. All I can say is WOW, this is an amazing washer and I am so very happy that I chose it. I would reccommend it to anyone.

Previously owned a Samsung front load HE washer. This top load (no agitator) HE washer has excellent movement of clothes during all cycles. Large capacity tub makes wshing large loads a breeze.

Washer has large capacity and efficient cycles. Results have been good. Appears to lack capability to modify cycles, such as changing water levels, and selecting the number of rinses.

I have been very impressed with the washer and dryer combo from Samsung. The noise canceling feature is very effective. Extremely easy to use and offers multiple cycle options. Can easily wash King/Queen size comforters.

My wife picked out this Dryer along with the washer after much researching on Consumer Report. There is plenty of space and it drys very well. Word of caution, if you have a house that was built easier than 2015, they take up way more space than some other washers. However, we have enjoyed them and the melody it plays when our clothes are ready!

My son had a HE machine - after one year, the drum literally exploded. So I am happy this one has a stainless steel drum. Very quiet. Gets clothes clean and the high speed spin cycle speed is awesome for bulky items like towels or sheets, which I hang outside to dry. Best Buy delivery and setup on time and on Saturday to meet my scheduling needs.
