So Frustrated.......

So Best Buy didn't install the washer correctly and Samsung is saying it won't be covered if something goes wrong. I haven't even used it yet and plan to return it tomorrow. Just got it today. Great - so I am the consumer in the middle who just spent 650.oo on this! I called Samsung and they said that all four feet adjust. The guy from Best Buy says that all four feet do not adjust?!This has been a terrible experience both from Best Buy and Samsung. And I haven't even used the washer yet..... If you have your washer in the basement DO NOT buy this. It will not level AND if it goes to a utility sink they zip tied the hose because the attachment Samsung made doesn't work with utility sinks. I have never written a review but I am SO annoyed I had to warn others. what a waste of my time. This should have been told to me before I bought it but the guy that sold it at Best Buy had no clue what he was doing. And the customer service at Samsung was terrible as he leaned over to his buddy at work and said..."all four feet adjust right?'. I asked him to please look in the manual and he never did.

We had excellent service in the store and the delivery and set up went smoothly. The appliances have exceeded our expectations and we are very happy with the purchase.

Amazing First W/D Set

I must admit I likely did not need such a nice set, but for the price why would I have sold myself short? These are great! Probably better than the set my parents have and I'm in my first home. Couldn't be happier.

Does everything as advertised and cleans clothes well. Only downside is depending on setting it can take over an hour to wash a load....wow!
