Just a bit noisier the my last front load washer but well within acceptability

This washer is amazing, it's super quiet and eco friendly. It's worth the money spent and I recommend that any big family looking for a washer to buy this one!

Awesome cleans well It fits in a smaller spot. Spins out well Great machine.

Have had it over a month and so far so good! All of the cycles work well and our clothes are clean. The kids enjoy the jingle it plays when the load is done.

Washing machine works great! I like the different modes for washing. This spins faster (almost 2x) than my old top load (which had agitator). Because it spins faster, the clothes are less wet and don't require quite as much time in the dryer.

Best decision ever to upgrade to this size of a washing machine and dryer!

This washer has been a great purchase thus far. It can wash large items, such as blankets and comforters. Additionally, I love that it has a workout clothes feature. Great buy so far!

So far so good. I bought this washer to replace my Samsung washer that was recalled. It works well. My only small complaint is that it is so deep that I can barely reach the bottom to get the clothes out. But, cleans well. I'm happy.

Couldn't ask for a better experience in dealing with Best Buy and crew.

Top load is the way to go. We owned a side load prior and not impressed.

I am satisfied with this washer, but for a high efficiency, it uses an awful lot of water.

We like top-load washer and we do like this Samsung top load washer. It runs quietly and there are so many modes you can choose, and sometimes it saves a lot of water for you. So far so good.

all it is a nice washer. It’s not the constant churning like my 10 year old Whirlpool washer, so it takes some getting used to of all the quirky noises. But it does the job. With the clear top, you can see the cycle; not a bad thing since you can’t open the lid (it locks during cycle). The controls feel modern and issue free thus far. The detergent dispenser feels a bit cheap, but is holding up just fine. The only complaint I have is that upon inspection mid cycle, the top clothes didn’t look submerged. I decided to stop the cycle and open the lid to inspect. The clothes were in fact wet, but not submerged. A bit frustrating on such an expensive unit and an obvious flaw in the water auto fill function. If you keep loads small it seems to be less of an issue. But that being said, I probably wash less clothes in this washer per cycle than in my old waster with an agitator.

I love my new washing machine and all of the new eco-friendly options.
