Good value for money. having trouble connecting it to the app on mobile device

This washer is very efficient! Clothing comes out so clean. Is great on water uses, it really helps the water bill. My favorite part is the little tune it plays when a load is finished. Great buy, worth every penny.

My husband and I made this purchase to replace our 2 year old model which was part of the Samsung recall program. We previously owned a 50" and find this 48" to be a better size for just the 2 of us. What I like best however was how smart it is. When I did my first load of clothes on the delicate cycle it stopped and had an error message saying that the water temperature was above the recommended 55 degrees. The water hoses had been hooked up exactly like had been done with the older washer so my husband thought that couldn't be the issue. Low and behold when he did further investigating of the hose fittings they were wrong! All the time we had the old washer and I ran a delicate load thinking I was using cold water, I was actually using hot! No further issues and this new washer does well with our clothes.

No complaints on my side. The washer does exactly as I expected.

I love my new washer.... only problem is for short people as the tub is so deep so use a step stool and tongs to get things out of it sometimes...

i love that it does not have the agitator in the middle, it really does get my clothes clean. In my other washer I put the same products as I do with this washer and it didn't come close. I love my Samsung washer.

Great washer for the price, we looked at multiple washers

Had to replace old washer due to recall. Chose this one because it matched our almost new dryer & was in right price range. Has plenty of cycles to choose from & gets our clothes clean. Large drum for bigger loads. Easy top loading.

I had a front load machine made by a company other than Samsung, and I hated it. The Samsung I have now is a top load machine and it works great. It cleans my clothes and runs very quiet. Great machine!!

Our old archaic washer went kaput. This washer can handle large loads with ease. The sounds are easy to mute, and the operating noise is low compared to our old unit. We are very satisfied with the new washer.

We haven't had this item for too long, but so far it's been an excellent experience! I really enjoy the reduction vibration technology. Really is very quite.

I really love all the features of this machine. Handles large loads and the cleaning options are unbelievable. The best part is when the cycle ends it plays a song for you letting you know it is done.

I bought this as an open box item and it works superbly!
