This machine is amazing. I used to have to wash clothes everyday. Now I can do laundry twice a week with no worries. Not to mention we don't use as much detergent. And it's so easy to use!!!

The machine is a good value for the money. It is easy to operate and does a good job of cleaning the clothes. Without an agitator, I'm not sure the clothing gets moved quite as much as an agitator type machine, but so far it seems to perform to expectations.

This washer was a gift for my mom and she loves it. It's quiet and she comments often about how bright her clothes are now with this new washer. She loves it and highly recommends it!

I have had the washing machine for about a month. I have washed everything from delicates to crawl-under-the-house dirty items and all have come through clean. I especially like the self cleaning feature, which I haves used a couple of times after really dirty loads. The only drawback for me is that I didn't get the matching dryer and my current dryer is smaller so I can wash more than I can dry in a single load. I have also washed bath mats and they can out great. I had one load that became unbalanced but only had to adjust contents once and then the load finished like normal. Overall, this is a great washing machine for me.

Just the first weekend of using the new washer, and everything went great. It's quiet, efficient, and a HUGE upgrade over the much (MUCH) older one it replaced. Tough to give a thorough review when we have only had it 3 days, but so far, I am extremely happy with the purchase.

We read quite a few reviews on various sites. We watched videos on youtube....and guess what? It hasn't blown up. It hasn't leaked. It hasn't torn up our clothes. It is fairly quiet (seriously, it is a washing machine). The clothes get clean. It has performed as advertised!!!

I love being able to wash my queen size comforter and not have it all bunch up. It's honesty a lot bigger than what I thought. The normal wash cycles do take a little bit longer but it hasn't been that big of a deal.

Most quiet washer I've ever owned. Uses more water than I expected, but it really cleans well. I'm only 5'9" and I can reach the bottom just fine. Not sure about the others that can't that are similar height.

We bought this washer to replace a dead Maytag front loader and it does a good job getting the clothes clean. We have two growing boys and wash at least 1 load every day. The washer is much quieter than our old one.

I usually prefer a washer or dryer that has mechanical switches as I find the parts cheaper when I repair them. I typically keep them for a long time. This time I decided to go with the fancier set. I mainly wanted a High Efficiency unit without that pesky agitator. Makes it easy to load and unload. Easy to hookup and operate. Buttons are self explanatory. I have had good experience with Samsung. When the washer spins the clothes it does a great job of stabilizing and not making a lot of noise. Noisiest thing is the water itself. Wash cycle seems long, but that doesn't bother me as long as it cleans the clothes. Has a lot more features then I really need, but price was to good to pass up. I like the soft close lid as well. I've had switches to replace in the past if kids dropped the lid shut on other units. Seems to wash well. As long as the PC board doesn't have any issues for years I am happy with the purchase at the price when on sale. Best Buy employee was very knowledgeable and could answer questions about items in the department without being pushy. Pleasant shopping experience.

We love this washer, very quite and cheaper on energy comsumption... 50% vs last one we purchased also at BB 2 years ago. clothes are very clean and almost dry, you can choose if you prefer a bit wet.

This is my first time purchasing a brand new top loader as I had avoided them in the past as the top loaders I had used were the ones with the agitator in the middle that was bad for clothes. Due to the laundry room space in our new home and the annoyance of having to leave the door ajar on the front-loader to avoid mildew issues, we decided to go back to front-loader. This one holds a TON of clothes - I could fit inside of it if I had to :) It's also very quiet, especially for its size when full. I like the active wash and power jet options for stinky clothes. The clothes do end up getting twisted around each other even though the agitator is a flat plate at the bottom, but no more so than they did in my front loader. I also like the delay feature on this as its very helpful to set before leaving for work. Lastly, the little tune it plays when finished is sweet.

Purchasing this washer has been the best buy. I love the way it cleans, it's quite while washing. I am so glad that I made the purchase. I am so impressed that I am going to get the matching dryer.

Our old washer was quite old. Our new Samsung is so quiet and efficient we are very pleased. And now when I drop in an armload of laundry it begs for more!

Pleased with the way it washes, bottom of the tub is hugh, very quiet and can handle large loads.

This washer is fantastic. It has a huge capacity (so much so that my old dryer can't keep up with all the clean clothes!), is quiet and so easy to use. It has very helpful settings and I love the little tune it plays when my laundry is done. I also like how you can see on the digital display how many minutes each cycle takes and how many are left during the cycle. Love this washer!

So far (I have only had this washer for three weeks) it is great. It is quite, quick cycles and everything comes out super clean and it looks great too!! Service and delivery people were great. Would definitely buy from Best Buy in the future!!

Great Washer. Has done an outstanding job washing every thing that we have washed. If you are short you may need to get a pair of tongs to get small items out of the washer. Like the music tones rather than a buzzer when the wash is finished.

We ended up getting a top loader based on friends experiences. We are certainly not disappointed. It's so quiet and so efficient. Definitely a great deal at $600.00 during the sale.

At first seemed a little complicated, but after going through instructions, simple for me and my 2 daughters to use. Very impressed with the operation and how quiet this washer is.
