So far this machine does a good job of getting the laundry clean. It does have a deep basket which I had read in the reviews prior to my purchase so it is hard for shorter people to get laundry out of the bottom of the tub. I am dealing with that. The spin cycle does not seem to be as fast as my previous machine (Whirlpool Cabrio) and I notice that some of the heavier items are coming out more damp. This morning I did a load of whites and when I pushed the Detergent/Softener area back in all of the fabric softener immediately spilled into the tub. Hoping this was just a fluke thing and won't happen again. If not I will be making a call to service. I also did not discover until after I purchased the washer that you can not use powder laundry aids like Borax. There is only one dispenser for laundry detergent so if you use a liquid laundry detergent you would have to use a liquid laundry aid and put them together in the same dispenser. The instruction manual does say the manufacturer does not recommend the use of powdered detergents.

So far I love my Samsung washer. It is quiet and clothes appear to be pretty clean. The one drawback is that clothes tend to be on the wet side when cleaning cycle is finished. I tend to have to use the spin cycle especially on heavy loads before drying.

This Samsung washer works great, quiet and can handle a large load. We now can wash our king size bed comforter!

We had a GE front load washer before this washer that danced and shakes around the floor. This model is quick, quiet, efficient. Doesn't move a bit, even when bedding is in.

I love this washer. It's large, quiet and has many options. The only problem I have is that I have to stand on my toes to reach the clothes at the bottom because I'm only 5'2" tall. I think that's a problem with me not the washer.

This washer has the capacity and the strength it takes to get me some of the cleanest loads of laundry I have had. It has many very useful modern options but it is easy enough for my technology challenged mother to figure out.

Replaced a Kenmore washer (that cost a lot more) with this one. Does a much better job than the Kenmore ever did. Also much quieter.

I brought this washer about two months. It washes a lot of clothes at one time. I really like the exterior design of the machine. The number of wash modes is more than I needed. It will take about an hour to wash one load of clothes under normal wash cycles. It is a bit longer than my old traditional washer I replaced. It operates quietly most of the time, but something is makes some noise that I felt like it is not normal. This is noise makes me question about he reliability of this machine, which is why I rate four starts. I cross my finger, and hope it will lasts.

I waited a couple of months to review this washer. Over all I have no complaints. Cleans the clothes and it is quiet. I upgraded because my old washer could not handle my king size sheets and comforter. This washer handles it with no problem. When it is done the bedding is pretty much dry. My old washer need to drain and spin 7 or 8 times before it was even close to being able to go into the dryer. This is just what I do, but after I run a load I keep the lid open so that the machine dries and does not get that musty mildew smell.

i like this washer much better than the front loader i had before. it's quiet and holds a lot of clothes

The machine works really well! The only minor complaint would be that the song it plays when it is done is sometimes harder to hear than my old machine. I love the clear glass top, and it's so easy to load this machine.

This washer has the capacity to clean even the largest of loads. Our king sized comforter fits and comes out completely cleaned and fresh. If you have a large family or just a lot of laundry, this washer is for you.

This washer is amazing! We cloth diaper so the fact that I am able to select from many different settings is a huge deal . The capacity is outrageous, one load in this washer would've been 2 loads in my old one. My only complaint is that I can't reach the bottom to grab socks and little things without using a step stool..I'm 5'4"

This washer is great of course it does its job and washes things, but its nice and quiet even on the spin cycle it barely has any wiggle and i can be in the next room and not know that my wife had it running.

I was skeptical of the High Efficiency Washing Machines so I did my research and I also read a lot of the reviews by other owners of various machines. I am thrilled with this model. I have used nearly every cycle of the ones to choose from and they all did perfect. I use less detergent and water and yes the clothes do come clean! I went ahead and bought the extended warranty. I plan to have this model for a long time.

I LOVE my Samsung W/D! I purchased this because my parents got it last year and I was not let down when I got mine installed in my new house. Easy to use and very efficient! Love all the cycles and options.

Everything was smooth from shipping. Product is working great. The machine is quiet and appears efficient. However, this machine takes longer than expected to wash a cycle of clothes, takes approx 1 hour.

The tub is deep and holds a big load. The action is such that it washes large items without getting out of balance and locking up. The clothes get quite clean and the spin cycle is a lot quieter than our previous washer (another brand). Very pleased -- even with the little ditty the machine plays when the load is finished!
