Easy to use...cleans well...I like that it turns off and when I turn it on it automatically goes to the last cycle that I used. The tub is deep. A short person might have trouble reaching to the bottom.

I love my new washer, it is very quiet, works great, and looks good too. My old washer was very old,and this one is sure much better. The people that waited on me in the store were very knowledgeable.

I have had the washer for just over a month. So far everything is working very well and it is cleaning items and allows for a large capacity load!

I love this washer. The sounds when you turn it on amd select a cycle almost makes doing laundry fun. The barrel is huge, and all of my clothes come out smelling so fresh and clean!

After months of searching for a new washer and evaluating all pros and cons of different brands, prices, capacities, options, etc I decided to purchase this one made by Samsung. I chose this one because Samsung is a great brand, and the washer itself had the largest capacity plus many features/ wash cycles I was looking for at an unbeatable price! We are a family of 3 with large sized clothes and go through several loads of laundry a week, I can now fit twice as many clothes in this washer than I could in my standard washer with agitator. I was worried about clothes not coming out clean without an agitator but that's no problem. The clothes come out very clean and smelling fresh and almost dry! The washer is soooo quiet I can't even hear it running when I'm 10 feet away in the kitchen! And the cute jingle at the end is so nice. Clothes do take a little longer but the drying time doesn't take as long. The only complaint I have is when the delivery guys delivered we didn't notice it had a small dent in the front because we didn't have them take it out of the packaging, but that's only aesthetics, doesn't effect the way the washer runs. Is suggest having them unwrap it before leaving so you can inspect it.

So far so good. I havnt had any issues with it. The long song it plays at the end of cycle is a bit annoying. Can fit allot of cloths in it and they come out as clean as can be

Very pleased with options, quietness and efficiency of this washing machine.

This washer is really user friendly. There is no annoying post in the middle of the machine. You can fit a lot of clothes and blankets easily. The various wash options are great.

We love this Samsung washer. We've always been pleased with Samsung products. This washer is incredibly large - what would take 2-3 loads in our previous washer can be done in 1-2 loads in this washer, which can save time & money. We love the top-loading washer to alleviate odors and other problems with front loading washers. We also like the wash cycles included in this model. Great washer so far - no complaints whatsoever yet!

Has many options and can fit large items of all kinds. All the positive reviews were accurate. We have had this since last February and use it almost daily.

This is the first appliance I've ever purchased. It runs well, it's incredibly quiet, and it's easy to figure out. If you're in the market for a new washer, check it out!

My favorite things about this washer: -it is very very quiet. When my laundry room door is closed, you wouldn't even know I have a washing machine. -lots and lots of room. I can fit 3 old loads into one with this machine. Which means less water and electricity usage! -extremely efficient. My utility bills have been much lower than usual, and the only that has changed is that we got this new washer. This is definitely a perk! My not-so-favorite things about this washer: -I'm not sure if it's just mine, but it has a habit of becoming"uneven" very easily. And staying that way. Which means I have to unload it, and then reload it evenly. -the fact that is so big can be a problem when you're trying to reach that one sock that decide to sit at the very back of the bottom. So if you have any kind of back issues, I wouldn't recommend it. Overall, this is a wonderful washing machine. It does clean very well, and it's kind of cool with all the shiny lights and fancy noises.

Very quiet and my clothes come out great. I use the HE soap and have seen no residue.
