Purchased this unit along with the dryer and could not be happier. Unit is very quiet when running, the spin cycle gets the clothes really dry and is very easy to use.

This washer is beautiful, quiet and definitely uses less water. However don't expect even the smallest loads to be done in less than an hour. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase.

Great washing machine with tons of load space. Criticism is that loads take longer than my previous machine. Also its hard to reach the bottom for shorter people.

Washer is great, lots of room for larger laundry loads. If you are short, you may need a step stool to reach the clothes in the bottom.

This sucker is huge--large enough to do a queen size quilt along with the sheets and pillowcases. Cleans well. Love the song it plays when it's finished.

I was really hesitant to purchase an HE washer, since I've only ever owned traditional agitator washers. Now that I have one, I would never go back. This thing uses just enough water, but gets my clothes so much cleaner than my traditional washer. The clothes come out so much softer too. I haven't run into any of the issues I was concerned about initially. The clothes are always clean and fresh smelling, it never goes off balance, and I was even able to keep using my same sensitive skin detergent (which was rated for all machines, including HE.) I go through so much less of the soap now! Some of the cycles are a little longer, especially heavy duty. However, I wash most of my clothes on delicate, which is the same cycle time as my old washer. The only two things I find a little less than ideal are the frequency with which I have to run a "self clean" cycle, and the delicacy of the glass lid. It seems I get about half the loads promised between self clean cycles (which takes almost two hours), and the lid already has a bad scratch (even though I knew from reviews it was delicate and have been careful.) But, the advantages totally make up for those issues, for me. I also like the song it sings to tell you the cycle is finished. Unfortunately, the song is a little long, which irritates my husband. At least there is an option to turn the sound off!

This washer is so huge. We bought this washer thinking it was just right size , boy were we wrong . If looking for for something big. Look no further

I have been using this top loader washer for a month now and I have been very pleased with the performance and results. This is my first Top Loader and I like that there is no agitator in the middle. I can make sure the clothes are evenly distributed within the washer drum before turning on. I like the options of different cycles and the option of the quick wash cycle as well. I haven't had a chance to try out the Aqua Jet Deep Wash feature yet. Hopefully, I can provide an updated review after several more months of use. But so far, so good. I'm very satisfied.

I upgraded to this from a whirlpool (that I had for 5 days). The whirlpool made this loud beeping noise while it leveled all the clothes out during the cycles. It drove me crazy! It was loud enough to hear over the TV with the laundry room door closed (about 20 ft away in the living area). The guys told me that this Samsung would make about the same racket...false, it's so quiet and so much nicer. I love this washer! Stay away from the whirlpools. Spend the extra $200-300 on the Samsung and get your money's worth. You won't be disappointed with this washer.

I had read a number of reviews on BestBuy.com on this washer and was mildly concerned. The washer doesn't have an agitator. It doesn't use as much water as conventional washers. I was curious to know how well it cleaned clothes, given that it worked with a different paradigm than I was used to when it came to washers. I mean, I hadn't purchased one in almost 15 years, and its somewhat of a big deal when you do so. They're difficult to return if you don't like them. I was very pleased and mildly surprised with the results. It doesn't use as much water as my old washer. This is good, as we have 7 people in the family, and there's a lot of wash to do. Saving $$ on the monthly water bill is not a bad idea, and I'm good with that. It cleans clothes very well. They come out clean, fresh smelling, and aren't nearly as difficult to dry - including bedding - as with my previous washer. I caught this on sale, too; so I was very pleased over all. This is something that I would recommend to anyone looking for a washer. I haven't seen or bumped into a downside yet, and we've had the unit for about a month as of this writing.

Washing machine works great. Quiet and seems very efficient. The little ditty it plays at the end of the cycle freaked out my dog a bit...so that is a plus as well!

We just moved and started using our new Samsung - 4.8 Cu. Ft. 11-Cycle High-Efficiency Top-Loading Washer - White - and love it. It has great capacity. Luckily my family is taller - if you are shorter - to get the clothes at the bottom of the drum may be more challenging.

Very spacious and very quiet. It is big enough to wash what used to be two loads in our old washer. It is very quiet and stable, you can barely hear it going. The feature I like the most is its user friendly dial that makes it very easy to operate and is not complicated like other washers, yet it still looks cool with a very nice display.

This is my first HE washing machine. It has a huge capacity and is very user friendly.
