The washer works great for regular clothes loads. It is a bit challenging when washing big blankets, mattress pads, etc. Seems to get out of balance.

I bought this washing machine and I love it. It is so quiet and can hold twice the amount of clothing my previous washer could.

A month earlier I purchased the matching gas dryer and was so happy with it that I decided to buy this matching washer. I have only had it for approximately 1 month now but is the best washer I have ever had. At 65 years old I have had my share of washers. My only complaint is it is a bit loud, but not unbearable. My laundry area is in my garage so it does not present a problem. I would definitely recommend both this washer and dryer.

Easy to use. Lots of capacity. Like the aqua jet feature to clean full loads better.

So far so good. We've been using this washer for about 2 months and it works very well. We are happy with the quality of the wash and I also believe we are using less water and energy compared to old one. I would say this was worth the investment.

This is an amazing washing machine. it is quiet and it gets your close so very clean ! It is easy to use and set up and I don't have damaged clothes either.

My old washing machine finally stopped working and had to buy a new one. Wanting to have another HE washer I decided on this one after reading good reviews and it being on sale for a great price I bought it and had it installed and the old one removed. I have used it for a couple of loads and have been satisfied with the results.

This is a a nice looking machine that fits a lot of clothes and washes exactly how you would expect it to. We had an issue with it making a lot of noise on the rinse/spin cycle when it was first installed, but Best Buy came out and replaced it immediately and it's been working great ever since. The matching dryer is working great too!

I chose this washer, mostly for space. It fits my Cali King comforter perfectly - and washed it on point. All of the size options are awesome. It once gave me a funky error for the clothes being unbalanced, which I thought was odd. But after moving clothes around and making it balanced, it went back to normal immediately. Overall, very pleased with this product.

Compared to our previous washer this one is a lot more quite. It washes well, all clothes come out clean. The cycles are a tad longer than I expected they would be but worth the money.

This Samsung machine is excellent for getting stained clothes cleaned. I have older shirts that have had stains that just wouldn't come out in my other washing machines. I put them in this machine after wearing them while working in garage and the new and the old stains all came out, no special treating needed. I would recommend this machine to everyone.

The capacity of this washer is amazing. I like the feature to automatically sense the load and fill with water, but I am getting used to that concept. I have used traditional washer where I choose water levels. One thing I have observed is clothes are with more wrinkles than my previous washer with an agitator. The programs on the washer are sufficient for all types of washing needs. Haven't used bleach or softener options, but overall I am satisfied with my one month old washer!

I love my new top loader , this model uses very little water and cleans just as good as my old one that had an agitator without destroying my clothes. And it plays me a song when it's done what more could I ask for

Washer is working great. We can from a 4.0 cu.ft. front loader that was 10 years old and was starting to leak, smell, and shake itself across the floor. Big improvement. This seems to use more water, but we're washing fewer loads so only time will tell. The machine itself is pretty quiet, with the loudest noise coming from the water filling.

First unit delivered had a bad rear leg, but Best Buy was excellent in sending a replacement (would have been OK with me to just replace the leg, but the guys that they sent back out were install guys and not repair guys -- oops!). Machine is huge and washes large loads very easily, just takes a little longer than we're used to. As noted elsewhere, drying is probably shorter, as the spin cycle is very aggressive, although extremely quiet! Wash cycle is very quiet as well. Hopefully the electronics won't get cooked as the unit is installed in our detached, un-insulated garage -- gets pretty warm in there! But overall we are satisfied with our purchase!
