Great TV, Lousy Smart Software

Bought this for my mom who will not use the smart features so it won't be returned but if I bought this for myself it definatly would have.

Outdated at time of purchase

It freezes and restarts itself when watching Hulu and Netflix and has unknown yet "popular" apps in the hub preloaded. Very disappointing, this TV was the 1st television purchase for my family in about 9 years and I expected quality and a newer TV, not one that's been in a box for 2 years at time of purchase. I would recommend further researching then just The Best Buy website and their competitors when buying a smart tv.

Sales person sold NE wireless keyboard. But after lots wasted time you can't us wireless keyboard without a pic also part of setup
