It has been working awesomely and wifi opt is cool

Pros: Very nice picture, best in that price range. Cons: Smart features not available immediately after turning TV on. It takes time to start applications. Roku is doing much better than Samsung smart feature.

I purchased this TV in dec. 2014 and in February, it would not work. I dealt with Samsung direct and got the complete run around. I left a message to have the Samsung supervisor call me three weeks ago, and received no call. I e-mailed the CEO and received no response. Best Buy Geek Squad fixed the TV, as it needed a new main board. Think twice about not buying the geek squad protection. You'll never have to deal with Samsung directly. We made this mistake. Fortunately, Geek Squad fixed it. The TV itself seems fine. Note: Best Buy was not the problem.

I bought this TV a couple of weeks ago. Great TV, clear picture.

This tv has great picture and sound. Also I got this tv for the same price I was going to go to Black Friday at Walmart. For the same model.

This is a great Samsung tv. The picture is amazing on HD. Samsung always has great products that are reliable

As usual a Samsung that works well. It is a great secondary TV for us. It has a very good picture quality.

The TV itself is of a high quality. Get ready for frustration when trying to use any of the menu options, setup and smart tv features. Samsung software appears to be of a very low quality. However, once it's setup it is a little more tolerable.

Spent all day trying to connect Smart TV to ATT Uverse and still have not had any success. I have a Sharp & LG tv with no connection problem. Found multiple threads on line with people having problems connecting. Picture itself is great.

i ordered tv through best buy, shipped immediately in two days, I was very excited got home unwrapped it ,and wow no stand mount in box unable to put together, thing wont stand up, called Samsung was told it would be14 days before I receive a mount in the mail, still laying on bed , waiting previous Samsung 32 " burned out in nine months, they refunded it after 9 phone calls and 9 different ticket # I will never purchase another Samsung tv, cheaper models work better"

Great tv except it is does not support flash. Major flaw. Read up with a google search for more comments. You can't watch anything through the browser (espn, Facebook videos, anything) because of this. What is the point of a smart tv??????

Excellent brand, had this tv for 5 years now. And never had a problem.

I bought the Samsung TV and the Backlight went out on it after a year. Just out of warranty and Samsung says "Sorry, nothing we can do". The part to repair the TV costs the same as buying a new one. STAY AWAY FROM SAMSUNG TVs!

I used to love this tv, but the smart hub updates constantly, probably once every couple of days if not even more... closer to nearly everyday. This morning it took 20 minutes! Which wouldn't be a huge deal if it didn't happen ALL THE F$_#/=ING TIME! At this point it makes me irate. I have owned this tv for over a year. Never again. I'll just get a regular tv with a roku or fire sick.

Can't seem to get the colors right. Does anyone have a calibration setting for this TV. Thank you in advance.

I have two Smart TVs and the FIOS app that is advertised does not work. In fact it was pulled on both of them, the 40" and the 32". I will change my review if Samsung fixes this problem which has left many customers quite discontented. There are other issues if you count on the internet browser which seems to be missing the possibility of downloading a flash player.

The TV is great but you are not able to use Skype (which is one of the main reasons why I bought it. The reason why I see it is misleading is that in the TV box you clearly see the Skype app logo
