TV is good. The problem I have with this TV is that I cannot install Skype. I'd have given it a 4 or even a 5 star if I was able to install Skype in it.

Unable to program

I was unable to program the tv. The remote was very slow to respond. I changed batteries with same results. I gave up after a hour of being stuck at step 7 of a 10 step install program. Returned the tv to Best Buy. Customer service person was unable to get it to work. Said it was a wireless problem. BTW, don't bother calling Samsung Support. I could not understand what the person was saying.

I was told by the so called Samsung expert that this TV has HULU PLUS. IT does Not. Verified by the Samsung website, this TV does not support it. DO not buy if you want access to H+.. You will be disappointed.

The UN40H5203 does contain the Hulu Plus App. You can find it in the Video section of the Smart Hub offerings. The app needs to be downloaded, but the option for Hulu Plus is available on this model.
