Couldn't stream Netflix so returned this TV

I since learned a lot of problems w Samsung getting Netflix. Was able to exchange for Hisense (built in Roku) and now get Netflix and very happy! Hisense TV plus 5 year warranty were less than Samsung

Great tv for the price.

Not a big deal unless you have a screaming child wanting Netflix to watch Daniel Tiger in the morning while you are trying to get ready for work.

Terrible
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very terrible TV and poor customer service, it went off suddenly for less than a year (the screen went dark and shows NO PICTURE and looks like cracked, while There is NO PHYSICAL CRACK NOR Breakage) and their customer service wasted my time with different reasons like: - Send us more pictures - Will check them again. - This is not covered under manufacture warranty - Your warranty expired! I am very frustrated for losing my time, money and deal with these poor quality product.

So glad we chose this one. easy to set up and to connect to other devices with screen mirroring. Now, I wish we had chosen one just a little larger.

The only complaints I have is that the closed captioning for Netflix doesn't show certain lines and the TV says that there is a software update but won't allow me to update it.
