It's a nice TV but it lacks the ability to download apps! No Yahoo!, Gmail or any other email service. It first had a pop up that said it was missing cookies but that message went a away with an update. Where's Samsung App store!?

It has all the features I was looking for and then some. Now the problem is I'm starting to think I need bigger cave and naturally "More Power".

I bought this 40" TV based on SAMSUNG's reputation and I hope it will live up to it. I like the TV but think the picture is somewhat dark.. I have to go through the instructions again to see if I can lighten up the picture.

Samsung never Fails whether your buying this entry level TV or their premium models they always perform super well. I got this baby for $350 open box.. always check their open box people..

I bought this TV for myself and I am absolutely pleased with it. The set-up was simple and I enjoy the Smart Hub and all the advantages of this model. Samsung is now our "go-to" brand.

The Samsung - 40" Class (40" Diag.) - LED - 1080p - Smart - HDTV - Black was bought for my daughter. it was perfect for her needs in her apartment. She has been thrilled with it.

I relocate several times a year, therefore, my TV is my friend... I watch loads to movies... always have the TV on. This one keeps on ticking without a licking.

great tv. however it did look better in the store. It is a little slow with the smart aspects but that may be my internet connection. I dont use it much but when I do it does the job. great for netflix

From distance it's a fair picture but upclose it's very pixel-y. The Smart TV functions have been enjoyable to watch YouTube but often gives error of "loading". I was disappointed at store when I purchased since I asked about pick-up and how busy it would be at Christmas, but then I went to purchase and was told that the product ships directly to my home, so the first employee was mis-informed. Shipping worked well since I didn't have to tote the heavy awkward TV from car to house and then to home, delivery guy placed it in my home.

I like the ability to control the TV from my iPhone. The wireless works really well, Netflix is clear without any lag at all. Great buy and product

Love having the second TV for just watching DVDs in another room. It is up in the wall, out of the way using the wall mount kit we purchased from best buy as well!

Best TV we have ever gotten. The streaming from your phone to the tv is one of the features that took us and pushed us to purchase the TV.

Online order and store pickup worked well. Buyer lives in one area and receiver lives in another state. Product works well and just what was needed.

this was my first and only tv, ive had it since 2014 and it still works with no problems.
