I was conflicted between choosing either LG or Samsung, but ultimately chose Samsung after reading more about the technological differences of the tv's. I am ultimately happy with the decision to buy a the Samsung! Very sleek, and impressive looking. Very bright picture with minimal blur. Vivid colors. Amazing.

Picture looks great, TV has its own smart apps as well that displays content in 4K if available (Netflix).

We were looking for a tv in our bedroom. We found it! The picture is so crisp. I am learning the new smart remote. We need to elevate it a little bit because the inferred eye for the remote is hidden behind our sound bar. Otherwise the tv is perfect it has a sleep timer and a very customizable wake up alarm.

Pros: 4k, picture quality, and sound quality. worth every penny. smart TV, Remote control is simple, Cons no aux port for the tv. if u are looking for one.

I was pleasantly surprised at the store when I picked up this 40" unit I had ordered online. Literally picked up; comparable units just a few years ago required a cart and maybe two movers. At home, another welcome change was a remote with just a few buttons that were intelligently integrated with the Smart TV features. The dynamic range of sight and sound were great, and the 4K experience is surprisingly clean, the more so when I use this as an extension monitor for my computer. I wish for one improvement, or rather one kind of improvement, and this wish extends to other models and manufacturers. I attached a USB keyboard & mouse, and then a wireless USB keyboard and cursor pad (Logitech K400) to better utilize the Smart TV features. This additional control works great for the Smart TV Web Browser. However, most Apps don't recognize the keyboard and mouse, instead using scroll and click on an onscreen keyboard. Other points roughly equal, I would definitely gravitate to apps that were not so tedious to use.

This TV is absolutely awesome. Great picture. Realistic coloring, pretty good blacks. Overall a very good picture. It has a tiny betzle and extremely thin, so I was worried about the sound quality, but I was pleasantly surprised. No bone shaking bass but plenty of volume for day to day watching.

Hands down a very good purchase for the cost of this tv. Purchased a Toshiba Chromecast tv a week prior, same price and returned it, but this tv blows that Toshiba away!!!! From the solid 4K picture quality, to the sound, to the ease of use. I would highly recommend this product.

I am very satisfied with the picture quality and function of this TV. After my son broke out 50" with a Wii remote (USE THOSE WRIST STRAPS!), I was looking for a good bargain on a replacement. I eventually got this for around $300 with using some BestBuy Rewards. The smart features work well and I am glad that I can watch media from my hard drives. Native Spotify and Netflix work well.

I love this TV. Great picture. I was prepared to also buy a sound bar, but volume and sound quality are great in a bedroom and I decided a soundbar was unnecessary. The apps are somewhat limited, but hopefully more will be added with time. I also use an iphone app to send movies to the TV, but I have to be able to get directly to the movies first. This does not work with xfinity, xfinity will not ever load on the TV and the xfinity app only has 5 "sample" TV shows, so worthless until they make it comprehensive for everything you can access on a computer. Hopefully soon... Unfortunately, I cannot mirror my cell phone, but can use it and/or a wireless keyboard and mouse to type info quicker when using the web. The only real disappointment is that I could not record to a USB stick (says available in some other countries, but turned off in U.S., and full access to xfinity). Overall, very happy with the product and black friday pricing.

I'm so in love with my TV!!! It has an absolute gorgeous picture. The colors are very vivid & it's as if you are right there in person with anyone on the actual program that you're watching. I also got it for a very reasonable price. It was well worth the money invested!!

I got this TV for a really good price on Black Friday. It has great picture, the Smart features are very responsive, and the menu structure is very useful. My only complaint is the remote control. There are only a few buttons, which would be fine if the volume and channel switches didn't feel so loose and flimsy. I am sure they will break soon. Overall, a great TV for the price.

This model was one of the most sought after models around the start of the 2016 Holiday shopping season. The TV looks great and delivers a crisp clear picture in both 4K and regular HD. The price was amazing too!

UHD. Good color reproduction. PC mode minimizes dynamic dimming. Good sound. Android app available but very unstable. Some modes have higher than average input lag but firmware updates seem to have improved this. Stand is sturdy but not "fancy" like the glass one that came with my 32" Samsung LCD, but that was also from 2008 and cost twice as much. The times they are a changing.

We purchased the Samsung as our second television. Very easy to hook up to our cable. I did have to play with the picture quality. I'm not a techie but I was able to figure out how to change the picture quality. We love the picture and quality & smart apps for this TV.

Purchased this tv after doing a lot of research. Very pleased with the picture quality and the ease of navigation on the tv. First TV came with a cracked screen, customer service replaced it without hesitation, got new tv within a week and have not had a problem.
